Paragraph 2 welcomes the information and data provided to date, and reiterates the call upon all States parties to the Convention to participate in the exchange of information and data agreed to in the Final Declaration of the Third Review Conference of the Parties to the Convention.

1. Rule 35 of the Rules of Procedure of the Third Review Conference of the States Parties to the Convention on Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons Which May Be Deemed to Be Excessively Injurious or to Have Indiscriminate Effects provides that:
1- تنص المادة 35 من النظام الداخلي للمؤتمر الاستعراضي الثالث للدول الأطراف في اتفاقية حظر أو تقييد استعمال أسلحة تقليدية معينة يمكن اعتبارها مفرطة الضرر أو عشوائية الأثر على ما يلي:

1. Rule 35 of the Rules of Procedure of the Third Review Conference of the States Parties to the Convention on Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons Which May Be Deemed to Be Excessively Injurious or to Have Indiscriminate Effects provides that:
1- تنص المادة 35 من النظام الداخلي للمؤتمر الاستعراضي الثالث للدول الأطراف في اتفاقيـة حظـر أو تقييد استعمال أسلحة تقليدية معينة يمكن اعتبارها مفرطة الضرر أو عشوائية الأثر على ما يلي:

In this connection, the Meeting of the States Parties decided to commission follow-up work under the oversight of the President-designate of the Third Review Conference of the States Parties to the Convention, and that all necessary preparations for the Third Review Conference be undertaken within the framework of the existing Group of Governmental Experts.
