According to the guidelines for the preparation of periodic reports, the State party endeavored to focus on the period between the discussions of the initial report up to the date of preparation of the last one.
ووفقا للمبادئ التوجيهية لإعداد التقارير الأولية، سعت الدولة الطرف الى التركيز على الفترة ما بين المناقشات التي دارت حول التقرير الأولي وحتى موعد إعداد التقرير الأخير.

The annex to this note contains a draft text of the guidelines for the preparation of national communications by Parties included in Annex I to the Convention, part I: inventories, referred to in this note as the UNFCCC reporting guidelines on inventories.
ويحتوي مرفق هذه المذكرة على مشروع نص للمبادئ التوجيهية لإعداد البلاغات الوطنية من جانب الأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الأول للاتفاقية، الجزء الأول: قوائم الجرد، المشار إليها في هذه المذكرة على أنها المبادئ التوجيهية للابلاغ عن قوائم الجرد في إطار الاتفاقية.

The principal objectives of the guidelines for the preparation of national communications from Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention (non-Annex I Parties) shall be:
1- تكون الأهداف الأساسية للمبادئ التوجيهية لإعداد البلاغات الوطنية المقدمة من البلدان غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول للاتفاقية هي ما يلي:

The Committee welcomes the detailed and comprehensive report submitted by the State party, which was drafted in accordance with the guidelines for the preparation of reports, and the additional oral information provided by the delegation.
345- ترحب اللجنة بالتقرير المفصّل والشامل الذي قدمته الدولة الطرف، والذي تم إعداده وفقاً للمبادئ التوجيهية لإعداد التقارير، وبالمعلومات الشفوية الإضافية التي قدمها الوفد.

The Committee welcomes the opportunity to resume the dialogue with the State party and appreciates the report submitted by the State party, prepared largely in accordance with the guidelines for the preparation of reports.
64- ترحب اللجنة بالفرصة المتاحة لها لاستئناف الحوار مع الدولة الطرف وتعرب عن تقديرها لتقرير هذه الدولة المُعَد إلى حد كبير وفقاً للمبادئ التوجيهية لإعداد التقارير.

4. The present report was prepared in accordance with the guidelines for preparation of reports by States parties (CEDAW/C/7/Rev.3) and covers the period from 2008 to 2012.

The Committee welcomes the submission of the State party's second periodic report, which follows the guidelines for reporting, and of the written replies, promptly submitted, to its list of issues (CRC/C/Q/BEL/2).
