The Council of Members may make provision for the application of the international quality guarantee label ensuring compliance with the international standards of the International Olive Council. PART SIX. OTHER PROVISIONS
يجوز لمجلس الأعضاء أن يصدر حكماً بتطبيق علامة ضمان دولي للجودة، ضماناً للامتثال للمعايير الدولية للمجلس الدولي للزيتون.

1. the International Olive Council shall have international legal personality.
1- للمجلس الدولي للزيتون شخصية قانونية دولية.

5. the International Olive Council may conclude with one or more Members agreements relating to such privileges and immunities as may be necessary for the proper application of this Agreement.
5- للمجلس الدولي للزيتون أن يبرم مع عضو أو أكثر اتفاقات بخصوص ما قد يلزم من امتيازات وحصانات لحسن تطبيق هذا الاتفاق.

3. The Executive Director shall be the chief administrative officer of the International Olive Council.
3- يكون المدير التنفيذي كبير الموظفين الإداريين للمجلس الدولي للزيتون.

3. the International Olive Council may take direct action to promote such technical cooperation.
3- يجوز للمجلس الدولي للزيتون أن يتدخل مباشرة لتعزيز هذا التعاون التقني.

The Council of Members may make provision for the application of the international quality guarantee label ensuring compliance with the international standards of the International Olive Council.
يجوز لمجلس الأعضاء أن يصدر حكماً بتطبيق علامة ضمان الجودة الدولي، لكفالة الامتثال للمعايير الدولية للمجلس الدولي للزيتون.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the paragraph above, such Member shall be bound to pay any amounts due from it to the International Olive Council in respect of the period during which it was a Member.
وبصرف النظر عن أحكام الفقرة المذكورة أعلاه، يلتزم هذا العضو بأن يسدد للمجلس الدولي للزيتون أية مبالغ مستحقة عليه في الفترة التي كان فيها عضواً.

In this context, it shall be in charge of analyzing and studying the draft annual budgets of the International Olive Council proposed by the Executive Secretariat.
وفي هذا السياق، تكون اللجنة المالية مسؤولة عن تحليل ودراسة مشاريع الميزانيات السنوية للمجلس الدولي للزيتون التي تقترحها الأمانة التنفيذية.

1. The financial control of the International Olive Council shall be carried out by the Financial Committee in accordance with article 11.
1- تضطلع اللجنة المالية بالرقابة المالية للمجلس الدولي للزيتون وفقاً للمادة 11.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the sub-paragraph above, such Member shall be bound to pay any amounts due from it to the International Olive Council in respect of the period during which it was a Member.
وبصرف النظر عن أحكام الفقرة الفرعية المذكورة أعلاه، يلتزم هذا العضو بأن يسدد للمجلس الدولي للزيتون أية مبالغ مستحقة عليه في الفترة التي كان فيها عضواً.

2. the International Olive Council, acting through its Council of Members, may decide to prolong this Agreement for not more than two periods of two years each.
2- للمجلس الدولي للزيتون أن يقرر، من خلال مجلس الأعضاء، إطالة مدة هذا الاتفاق لمدة أقصاها فترتان تدوم كل منهما سنتين.

1. the International Olive Council shall have an Executive Secretariat comprising an Executive Director, senior officials and such staff as are required to perform the tasks arising from this Agreement.
1- تكون للمجلس الدولي للزيتون أمانة تنفيذية تتألف من مدير تنفيذي وكبار الموظفين وما يلزم من مستخدمين لإنجاز المهام الناشئة عن هذا الاتفاق.

5. the International Olive Council may also receive other forms of supplementary contributions, including services, scientific and technical equipment and/or staff that may meet the requirements of approved programmes.
5- ويجوز أيضاً للمجلس الدولي للزيتون أن يتلقى أشكالاً أخرى من المساهمات التكميلية، تشمل الخدمات، و/أو المعدات العلمية والتقنية و/أو الموظفين، مما يفي باحتياجات البرامج الموافَق عليها.
