١٠ - الوكالة اﻷرجنتينية البرازيلية للمحاسبة والمراقبة في مجال المواد النووية.

We are interested in the development and testing of alternative safeguards measures, such as environmental monitoring and the expanded involvement of national systems of nuclear accounting and control in verification.

Under the CTSP, Finland provided bilateral support and assistance to the Baltic States and to Ukraine in improving their systems for nuclear material control, including nuclear material accountancy and control, physical protection and export/import control.
وقدمت فنلندا في إطار هذا البرنامج دعما ومساعدة ثنائيين إلى دول بحر البلطيق وأوكرانيا من أجل تحسين نظم كل منها لمراقبة المواد النووية بما في ذلك إخضاع المواد النووية للمحاسبة والمراقبة وتوفير الحماية المادية لها ومراقبة الصادرات/والواردات منها.

15. The Vienna Group notes that, pursuant to article 7 of a Comprehensive Safeguards Agreement, a State party shall establish and maintain a system of Accounting for and Control of nuclear material subject to safeguards under the agreement.
15 - وتلاحظ مجموعة فيينا أنه عملاً بالمادة السابعة من اتفاق الضمانات الشاملة، تحتفظ الدولة الطرف بنظام للمحاسبة والمراقبة المتعلقة بالمواد النووية الخاضعة للضمانات بموجب الاتفاق.

The objective of ABACC is to administer and implement the common system of accounting and control of nuclear materials to verify that the nuclear material in all nuclear activities is not diverted for prohibited purposes.

On 22 September 1993, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine registered the Rules of the State System for Nuclear Material accounting and control. It allows us to exercise government control over the registered quantity of all nuclear materials used in the peaceful nuclear activity of Ukraine.
وفـــي ٢٢ أيلـــول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٣ سجلت وزارة العـــدل فـــي أوكرانيــا قواعـد نظام الدولة للمحاسبة والمراقبة المتعلقتين بالمواد النووية، مما يمكن الحكومة من مراقبة الكميــات المسجلــة مــن كل المواد النووية المستخدمة في النشاط النووي السلمي ﻷوكرانيا.

While individual States were primarily responsible for ensuring the effective physical safety of nuclear material under their control, the 1995 Review and Extension Conference should endorse the supporting role of IAEA in such areas as data coordination and the provision of advice on ways of strengthening national systems of accountancy and control.
