We take this opportunity to reiterate our pledge to offer our country as the headquarters of the Secretariat of the Intergovernmental Forum on Forests.

14. Urges Governments, in collaboration with international and regional organizations, to initiate action on the recommendations in the final report of the Ad Hoc Working Group on Persistent Organic Pollutants of the Intergovernmental Forum on Chemical Safety;
٤١ - يحث الحكومات على أن تبدأ، بالتعاون مع المنظمات الدولية واﻹقليمية، بالعمل على أساس التوصيات الواردة في التقرير الختامي للفريق العامل المخصص المعني بالملوثات العضوية الثابتة التابع للمحفل الحكومي الدولي المعني بالسلامة الكيميائية؛

The Sixth Session of the Intergovernmental Forum on Chemical Safety (Forum VI) was held 15-19 September 2008 in Dakar, Senegal, hosted by the Government of Senegal.
انعقدت الدورة السادسة للمحفل الحكومي الدولي المعني بالسلامة الكيميائية (المحفل السادس) من 15 إلى 19 أيلول/ سبتمبر 2008 في داكار، واستضافتها حكومة السنغال.

67. Finally, Switzerland would continue to support intergovernmental cooperation on the sustainable management of forests by hosting one or more meetings of the Intergovernmental Forum on Forests in Geneva. It hoped that the work of that forum would not duplicate work being carried out in other bodies.
٦٧ - وأخيرا، ستواصل سويسرا تقديم دعمها إلى المشاورة الحكومية الدولية بشأن اﻹدارة المستدامة للغابات وستستضيف اجتماعا أو أكثر للمحفل الحكومي الدولي المعني بالغابات في جنيف، وهي تأمل ألا تزدوج أعمال هذا المحفل مع اﻷنشطة التي تقوم بها هيئات أخرى.

1. Welcomes and endorses the conclusions and recommendations contained in the final report of the Ad Hoc Working Group on Persistent Organic Pollutants of the Intergovernmental Forum on Chemical Safety;UNEP/GC.19/INF.8, annex.
١ - يؤيد ويرحب بالاستنتاجات والتوصيات الواردة في التقرير الختامي للفريق العامل المخصص المعني بالملوثات العضوية الثابتة التابع للمحفل الحكومي الدولي المعني بالسلامة الكيميائية)٣٤(؛

We would highly appreciate it if the text of the present letter and the enclosed reports be circulated as an official document of the third session of the Intergovernmental Forum on Forests (IFF), to be held in Geneva from 3 to 14 May 1999.
ونكون ممتنّين بالغ الامتنان لو تفضّلتم بالعمل على تعميم نص هذه الرسالة والتقارير المرفقة بوصفها وثيقة رسمية من وثائق الدورة الثالثة للمحفل الحكومي الدولي المعني بالغابات الذي سيعقد في جنيف في الفترة من 3 إلى 14 أيار/مايو 1999.

During consideration of the issue of subsidiary bodies, taken up in rule 18 of the rules of procedure of the Preparatory Committee, the representative of Senegal made a statement in has capacity as President of the Intergovernmental Forum on Chemical Safety (IFCS), the sixth session of which had been held in Dakar from 15 to 19 September 2008.
