II. THE REINTEGRATION, DISARMAMENT AND DISBANDMENT OF THE ARMED UNITS OF THE United Tajik Opposition
ثانيا - إعادة دمج الوحدات المسلحة التابعة للمعارضة الطاجيكية الموحدة ونزع أسلحتها وحلها

5. The reintegration, disarmament and disbandment of the armed units of the United Tajik Opposition shall be carried out in stages.
٥ - يجري الاضطلاع بإعادة دمج الوحدات المسلحة التابعة للمعارضة الطاجيكية الموحدة ونزع أسلحتها وحلها على مراحل.

The base camps and training centres of the armed units of the United Tajik Opposition situated outside Tajikistan shall be dismantled and closed simultaneously with the transfer of the units referred to to the assembly points in the territory of Tajikistan.
ويجري تفكيك معسكرات ومراكز تدريب الوحدات المسلحة التابعة للمعارضة الطاجيكية الموحدة الموجودة خارج طاجيكستان وإغلاقها في شكل متزامن مع نقل الوحدات المشار إليها إلى نقاط التجمع في أراضي طاجيكستان.

6. The reintegrated units of the United Tajik Opposition shall be sent to their places of permanent assignment and quartered in separate barracks.
٦ - وترسل الوحدات التابعة للمعارضة الطاجيكية الموحدة التي أعيد إدماجها إلى أماكن انتدابها الدائم وتقيم في ثكنات منفصلة.

At all stages of the reintegration of the armed formations of the United Tajik Opposition and the reform of the governmental power structures, joint measures shall be taken to combat crime in the country.
وتتخذ خلال جميع مراحل إعادة إدماج التشكيلات المسلحة التابعة للمعارضة الطاجيكية الموحدة وإصلاح هياكل سلطة الحكومة تدابير مشتركة لمكافحة الجريمة في البلد.

At the same time, the Russian Federation and Uzbekistan, as guarantor States of the General Agreement, express their concern that implementation of the inter-Tajik agreement, especially with regard to the reintegration, disarmament and disbanding of armed units of the United Tajik Opposition, has fallen significantly behind the agreed timetable.

The establishment of the assembly areas, the registration of the UTO personnel and the guarding of their weapons will be undertaken by the Tajik parties themselves.

12. The lack of support for their fighters and the absence of any further appointments of UTO personalities in accordance with the power-sharing agreement has deepened suspicion of the Government among UTO field commanders and diminished their support for the peace process generally.
١٢ - وأدى عدم دعم المقاتلين وعدم تعيين أي شخصيات أخرى من المعارضة الطاجيكية الموحدة، وفقا لاتفاق تقاسم السلطة، إلى زيادة ارتياب القادة الميدانيين التابعين للمعارضة الطاجيكية الموحدة في الحكومة وإلى الحد من دعمهم لعملية السلام بوجه عام.

On 20 April, Mr. Abdullo Nuri, the UTO leader, submitted to President Emomali Rakhmonov the names of UTO representatives for appointment to the eight remaining national government posts.
