With regard to the accounting standards of the United Nations system, the Board had observed that organizations had generally complied with the common accounting standards in presenting the financial statements for the biennium 1994-1995.
٨ - وفيما يتعلق بالمعايير المحاسبية لمنظومة اﻷمم المتحدة، ذكر أن المجلس يلاحظ أن المنظمات امتثلت بصورة عامة للمعايير المحاسبية الموحدة في تقديم البيانات المالية عن فترة السنتين ١٩٩٤-١٩٩٥.

٧ - تكرر طلبها إلى اﻷمين العام والرؤساء التنفيذيين لمؤسسات اﻷمم المتحدة وصناديقها وبرامجها الامتثال للمعايير المحاسبية الموحدة التي أقرتها الجمعية العامة وأن تتناول التوصيات المحددة التي قدمها مجلس مراجعي الحسابات في هذا الصدد)٩(؛

7. Reiterates its request that the Secretary-General and the executive heads of the United Nations organizations, funds and programmes comply with the common accounting standards approved by the General Assembly and that they address the specific recommendations made by the Board of Auditors in this regard; A/49/214, annex.
