This cooperation is particularly important in the field of information and communications technologies, which has become an indispensable means of harnessing the benefits of the globalizing world. With financing from the Republic of Korea Economic Commission for Africa Fund, my Government has undertaken projects that have included the establishment of an African information and telecommunications centre.
