5. Recommendations to special rapporteurs and working groups

Furthermore, special rapporteurs and working groups are not authorized to comment on the provisions of such resolutions in any manner which changes their meaning or annuls their effect.

In resolution 1995/43 of 3 March 1995 entitled " Human rights and terrorism " , the Commission on Human Rights requested the Secretary-General to continue to collect information on this question from all relevant sources and to make it available to the special rapporteurs and working groups concerned and to the Commission on Human Rights for their consideration.
١- طلبت لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان، في قرارها ٥٩٩١/٣٤ المؤرخ في ٣ آذار/مارس ٥٩٩١ والمعنون " حقوق اﻹنسان واﻹرهاب " ، من اﻷمين العام أن يواصل جمع المعلومات عن هذه المسألة من جميع المصادر ذات الصلة، وأن يتيحها للمقررين الخاصين واﻷفرقة العاملة المعنية ولجنة حقوق اﻹنسان للنظر فيها.

2. In its resolution 1996/47 of 19 April 1996, the Commission on Human Rights requested the Secretary-General to continue to collect information on this question from all relevant sources and to make it available to the special rapporteurs and working groups concerned and to the Commission for their consideration.
٢ - وطلبت لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان إلى اﻷمين العام، في قرارها ١٩٩٦/٢٧ المؤرخ ١٩ نيسان/أبريل ١٩٩٦، أن يواصل جمع المعلومات عن هذه المسألة من جميع المصادر ذات الصلة، وأن يتيحها للمقررين الخاصين واﻷفرقة العاملة المعنية ولجنة حقوق اﻹنسان للنظر فيها.

At its fifty-first session, in 1995, the Commission on Human Rights requested the Secretary-General to continue to collect information on the question from all relevant sources and to make it available to the special rapporteurs and working groups concerned and to the Commission for their consideration (Commission resolution 1995/43).
وفي الدورة الحادية والخمسين المعقودة في عام ١٩٩٥، طلبت لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان الى اﻷمين العام أن يواصل جمع المعلومات بشأن هذه المسألة من جميع المصادر ذات الصلة وإتاحتها للمقررين الخاصين واﻷفرقة العاملة المعنية وللجنة حتى ينظروا فيها )قرار اللجنة ١٩٩٥/٤٣(.

١- طلبت لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان في قرارها ٦٩٩١/٧٤ المؤرخ في ٩١ نيسان/أبريل ٦٩٩١ بعنوان " حقوق اﻹنسان والارهاب " إلى اﻷمين العام أن يواصل جمع المعلومات عن هذه المسألة من جميع المصادر ذات الصلة ... وأن يتيحها للمقررين الخاصين واﻷفرقة العاملة المعنية ولجنة حقوق اﻹنسان للنظر فيها.

In its resolution 1996/46, the Commission reiterated its earlier recommendations for thematic special rapporteurs and working groups to include gender-disaggregated data in their reports and to address the characteristics and practice of human rights violations under their mandates specifically or primarily directed against women or to which women are vulnerable.
وفي قرارها ١٩٩٦/٦٤، أكدت اللجنة من جديد على توصياتها السابقة للمقررين الخاصين واﻷفرقة العاملة المعنيين بمواضيع محددة بأن يضمﱢنوا بانتظام تقاريرهم بيانات مبوبة حسب الجنس وأن يتصدوا لخصائص وممارسة انتهاكات حقوق اﻹنسان التي تدخل في نطاق ولاياتهم والتي تمس النساء تحديدا أو توجه ضدهن أساسا أو الانتهاكات التي تكون النساء معرضات لها بصفة خاصة.
