" 5. Confirms its fullest support for the Global Biotechnology Forum and reaffirms that this event, in view of its characteristics and scope, is an appropriate vehicle and motor for the implementation and practical realization of the objectives referred to;

4- يؤكد دعمه التام للملتقى العالمي للتكنولوجيا الأحيائية ويتطلّع إلى أن يناقش في الدورة الثامنة والعشرين لمجلس التنمية الصناعية قطاعات الملتقى التي تندرج ضمن ولاية اليونيدو؛

In support of the Global Biotechnology Forum, his Government would be organizing, together with UNIDO, the Asia-Pacific Industrial Development Forum on Biotechnology, which would provide a good opportunity for discussing the use of biotechnology to promote industrial productivity and economic development.
وسوف تنظم حكومته، بالاشتراك مع اليونيدو، ملتقى آسيا والمحيط الهادئ للتنمية الصناعية بشأن التكنولوجيا الأحيائية، وذلك دعما للملتقى العالمي للتكنولوجيا الأحيائية. وسوف يتيح ذلك فرصة جيدة لمناقشة استخدام التكنولوجيا الأحيائية للنهوض بالانتاجية الصناعية والتنمية الاقتصادية.

On UNIDO follow-up to the Global Biotechnology Forum (IDB.29/18), a report on the Forum had been published and a working group had been established.
22- وفيما يخص متابعة اليونيدو للملتقى العالمي للتكنولوجيا الأحيائية (IDB.29/18)، نشر تقرير عن الملتقى، وأنشئ فريق عمل.

23. Under item 3 (e), the Board had before it a note by the Secretariat on UNIDO follow-up to the Global Biotechnology Forum (IDB.29/18).
