٤- للناس جميعا الحق في بيئة ملائمة للوفاء على نحو منصف باحتياجات اﻷجيال الحالية ولا تنتقص من حقوق اﻷجيال المقبلة في الوفاء باحتياجاتهم على نحو منصف.

6. all persons have the right to protection and preservation of the air, soil, water, sea-ice, flora and fauna, and the essential processes and areas necessary to maintain biological diversity and ecosystems.
٦- للناس جميعا الحق في حماية وصون الهواء، والتربة، والمياه، والبحار المتجمدة، والنبات والحيوان، والعمليات والمناطق اﻷساسية اللازمة للحفاظ على التنوع البيولوجي والنظم الايكولوجية.

12. all persons have the right to timely assistance in the event of natural or technological or other human-caused catastrophes.
٢١- للناس جميعا الحق في الحصول على المساعدة في الوقت المناسب في حالة حدوث كوارث طبيعية أو تكنولوجية أو كوارث أخرى يتسبب بها اﻹنسان.

18. all persons have the right to active, free and meaningful participation in planning and decision-making activities and processes that may have an impact on the environment and development.
٨١- للناس جميعا الحق في المشاركة النشطة والحرة والهادفة في أنشطة وعمليات التخطيط واتخاذ القرارات التي قد يكون لها تأثير في البيئة والتنمية.

19. all persons have the right to associate freely and peacefully with others for purposes of protecting the environment or the rights of persons affected by environmental harm.
٩١- للناس جميعا الحق في تكوين جمعيات مع آخرين بحرية وبطريقة سلمية ﻷغراض حماية البيئة أو حقوق اﻷشخاص المتأثرين بالضرر البيئي.

20. all persons have the right to effective remedies and redress in administrative or judicial proceedings for environmental harm or the threat of such harm.
٠٢- للناس جميعا الحق في وسائل الانتصاف والتعويض الفعالة بواسطة الاجراءات الادارية أو القضائية نظير الضرر البيئي أو التهديد بهذا الضرر.

Consequently, the text of principle 15 is incomplete in so far as it states that " all persons have the right to information " , without the slightest reference to any right of individuals to seek information on the environment.
ولذلك فإن المبدأ ٥١ ليس كافيا ﻷنه ينص على أن " للناس جميعا الحق في الحصول على معلومات بشأن البيئة " ولا ينص على حقهم في تقصي المعلومات عن البيئة.

It might therefore be preferable if the beginning of principle 15 were to read: " all persons have the right to seek and receive information concerning the environment " ;
ولذلك ترى اسبانيا أن تعاد صياغة المبدأ ٥١ لينص على أن " للناس جميعا الحق في تقصي المعلومات عن البيئة وفي الحصول عليها " ؛

5. all persons have the right to freedom from pollution, environmental degradation and activities that adversely affect the environment, threaten life, health, livelihood, well-being or sustainable development within, across or outside national boundaries.
٥- للناس جميعا الحق في عدم التعرض للتلوث، والتدهور البيئي، واﻷنشطة التي تؤثر في البيئة تأثيرا ضارا، وتهدد الحياة، أو الصحة، أو أسباب العيش، أو الرفاهية، أو التنمية المستدامة داخل الحدود الوطنية أو عبرها أو خارجها.

(b) all persons have the right to participate effectively in decisions and to negotiate concerning their eviction and the right, if evicted, to timely and adequate restitution, compensation and/or appropriate and sufficient accommodation or land.
)ب( للناس جميعا الحق في المشاركة على نحو فعال في اتخاذ القرارات والتفاوض بشأن اجلائهم، والحق، في حالة اجلائهم، في أن يعاد الوضع إلى ما كان عليه في الوقت المناسب وبشكل ملائم، أو في الحصول على تعويض و/أو على سكن أو أرض مناسبين وكافيين.
