The Committee recommends that the State party intensify its efforts to render appropriate assistance to parents and legal guardians in the performance of their child-rearing responsibilities, in particular in situations of poverty.
40- توصي اللجنة بأن تكثف الدولة الطرف جهودها الرامية إلى تقديم المساعدة المناسبة للوالدين والأوصياء القانونيين في الاضطلاع بما تستتبعه تنشئة الأطفال من مسؤوليات، ولا سيما في حالات الفقر.

" 6. Urges all Governments to render appropriate assistance to parents and legal guardians in the performance of their child-rearing responsibilities and to ensure the development of institutions, facilities and services for the care of children;
" 6 - تحث جميع الحكومات على تقديم المساعدة المناسبة للوالدين والأوصياء القانونيين في أداء مسؤولياتهم بتنشئة أطفالهم وأن تكفل إيجاد مؤسسات ومرافق وخدمات لرعاية الأطفال؛

3.5 The author maintains that, according to article 18 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child, State parties must render appropriate assistance to parents and legal guardians in the performance of their child-rearing responsibilities.
3-5 ويدعي صاحب البلاغ أنه وفقاً لأحكام المادة 18 من اتفاقية حقوق الطفل، يتعين على الدول الأطراف أن تقدم المساعدة الملائمة للوالدين والأوصياء القانونيين في الاضطلاع بمسؤوليات تربية الطفل.

67. Please provide information on the measures adopted to render appropriate assistance to parents and legal guardians in the performance of their childrearing responsibilities, as well as on the institutions, facilities and services developed for the care of children.
67- يرجى تقديم معلومات عن التدابير المتخذة لتقديم المساعدة المناسبة للوالدين والأوصياء القانونيين في أداء مسؤولياتهم عن تربية الطفل، فضلا عن تقديم معلومات عن المؤسسات والمرافق والخدمات التي أُنشئت لرعاية الأطفال.

(a) Number of services and programmes aimed at rendering appropriate assistance to parents and legal guardians in the performance of their childrearing responsibilities and the number and percentage of children and families that benefit from these services and programmes;
(أ) عدد الخدمات والبرامج الرامية إلى تقديم مساعدة مناسبة للوالدين والأوصياء القانونيين في القيام بمسؤولياتهم تجاه تنشئة الطفل وعدد ونسبة الأطفال والأسر المستفيدة من هذه الخدمات والبرامج؛

(e) Making information on the rights of the child, on the legal system and on access to legal aid widely available to children in a language they understand and in a manner appropriate for their age and maturity, as well as to parents and legal guardians, teachers and people working with and for children;
(ه( كفالة أن تكون المعلومات المتعلقة بحقوق الطفل وبالنظام القانوني وبحصول الأطفال على المساعدة القانونية متاحة على نطاق واسع للأطفال وبلغة يستطيعون فهمها وطريقة ملائمة لأعمارهم ودرجة نضجهم، علاوة على إتاحتها للوالدين والأوصياء القانونيين والمعلمين والأشخاص الذين يعملون مع الأطفال ومن أجلهم؛

(e) Making information on the rights of the child, on the legal system and on access to legal aid widely available to children in a language they understand and in a manner appropriate for their age and maturity, as well as to parents and legal guardians, teachers and people working with and for children;
