112. In consideration of the organizational and supportive arrangements for TCDC, there was unanimity among the delegations on the need to preserve the separate identity of the Special Unit for Technical Cooperation among Developing Countries within UNDP.
٢١١ - وبصدد النظر في الترتيبات التنظيمية والداعمة للتعاون التقني فيما بين البلدان النامية، أجمعت الوفود على ضرورة المحافظة على الهوية المنفصلة للوحدة الخاصة للتعاون التقني فيما بين البلدان النامية التابعة لبرنامج اﻷمم المتحدة اﻹنمائي.

3. Invites the Governing Council of the United Nations Development Programme to consider maintaining the current staffing level in order to ensure that the increasing work of the Special Unit for Technical Cooperation among Developing Countries is not adversely affected;
٣ - تدعو مجلس إدارة برنامج اﻷمم المتحدة اﻹنمائي إلى النظر في المحافظة على المستوى الراهن لملاك الموظفين لضمان عدم تأثر العمل المتزايد للوحدة الخاصة للتعاون التقني فيما بين البلدان النامية تأثرا سلبيا؛

12. Reiterates its request to the Administrator of the United Nations Development Programme to ensure that the separate identity of the Special Unit for Technical Cooperation among Developing Countries is maintained and that the Unit is supported so that it may fully implement its mandate and responsibilities as a focal point of the United Nations system for South-South cooperation;

Takes note of decision 2002/18 of 27 September 2002, taken by the Executive Board of the United Nations Development Programme and of the United Nations Population Fund, in which the Board decided to allocate a fixed annual amount of 3.5 million dollars to the Special Unit for Technical Cooperation among Developing Countries;

Calls upon the Administrator of the United Nations Development Programme to ensure that the separate identity of the Special Unit for Technical Cooperation among Developing Countries within the United Nations Development Programme is maintained, and decides to periodically review the impact and functioning of the Special Unit in promoting, monitoring and coordinating technical cooperation among developing countries on a system-wide basis;
٨١ - تطلــب إلى مدير برنامج اﻷمــم المتحدة اﻹنمائـي ضمان الاحتفاظ بهويـة مستقلـة للوحدة الخاصة للتعاون التقني فيما بين البلدان النامية داخل برنامج اﻷمم المتحدة اﻹنمائي، وتقرر القيام، بصورة دورية، باستعراض تأثير وأداء الوحدة الخاصة في تعزيز التعاون التقني فيما بين البلدان النامية ورصده وتنسيقه على صعيد المنظومة؛
