Article 6 of the Declaration provides: " Any attempt aimed at the partial or total disruption of the national unity and the territorial integrity of a country is incompatible with the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations. "
وتنص المادة 6 من الإعلان على ما يلي: " كل محاولة تستهدف التقويض الجزئي أو الكلي للوحدة القومية والسلامة الإقليمية لبلد تكون متنافية مع مقاصد الأمم المتحدة ومبادئها " .

Moreover, in terms of contemporary international law, every State is under an obligation to refrain from any action aimed at the partial or total disruption of the national unity and territorial integrity of any other State or country.

The preamble continues by underlining that " any attempt aimed at the partial or total disruption of the national unity and territorial integrity of a state or country or at its political independence is incompatible with the purposes and principles of the Charter " .
وتواصل الديباجة مؤكدة أن ' ' كل محاولة تستهدف التقويض الجزئي أو الكلي للوحدة القومية والسلامة الإقليمية لأية دولة أو بلد أو النيل من الاستقلال السياسي لأية دولة أو بلد تتنافى مع مقاصد الميثاق ومبادئه``.

It continued by noting that inadequacy of political, social, economic or educational preparedness was not to serve as a justification for delaying independence, while attempts aimed at the partial or total disruption of the national unity and territorial integrity of a country were deemed incompatible with the UN Charter.
101 - كما أشير في القرار إلى أن نقص الاستعداد في الميدان السياسي أو الاجتماعي أو الاقتصادي أو التعليمي ينبغي ألا يُتخذ ذريعة لتأخير الاستقلال، وإلى أن كل محاولة تستهدف التقويض الجزئي أو الكلي للوحدة القومية والسلامة الإقليمية لأي من البلدان تكون منافية لميثاق الأمم المتحدة.

Further, it is to be noted that this clause is immediately followed by the statement that " [e]very State shall refrain from any action aimed at the partial or total disruption of the national unity and territorial integrity of any other State or country " .

According to the abovementioned Declaration, " [e]very State shall refrain from any action aimed at the partial or total disruption of the national unity and territorial integrity of any other State or country " .
