(d) To provide budgetary resources to ensure conference servicing for the first extraordinary meeting of the Conference of the Parties to be held in 2010 simultaneously with the first special meetings of the Conferences of the Parties to the Basel and Rotterdam conventions and for the costs of travel to that meeting by representatives of Parties to the Stockholm Convention from developing countries and countries with economies in transition.
