17. His delegation hoped that the Preparatory Commission provided for in the Final Act of the Rome Conference could meet as soon as possible so that the Court could start functioning and become a reality.
٧١ - واختتم قائلا إن غينيا تأمل أن تجتمع اللجنة التحضيرية المنصوص عليها في الوثيقة الختامية لمؤتمر روما في المقر في أقرب وقت ممكن، حتى يتأتى للمحكمة أن تمارس مهامها فعلا وأن تصبح حقيقة ملموسة.

21. Her delegation drew attention to resolution E of the Rome Conference, which recognized that terrorist acts and drug trafficking were serious crimes of concern to the international community, sometimes destabilizing the political and social and economic order in States.

" Observer States " means States which have signed the Statute or the Final Act of the Rome Conference and which, pursuant to article 112, paragraph 1, of the Statute, may be observers in the Assembly;
يقصد بمصطلح " الدول التي لها مركز المراقب " الدول التي وقّعت النظام الأساسي أو الوثيقة الختامية لمؤتمر روما والتي يجوز أن يكون لها مركز المراقب في الجمعية، عملا بالفقرة 1 من المادة 112 من النظام الأساسي؛
