Any annex to this MOU that is concluded in the future will be considered an integral part of this MOU.

The major equipment will be inspected to ensure that categories and groups as well as the number delivered still correspond with this MOU and is used appropriately;

The Executive Director of UNEP shall be responsible for the execution of the functions of UNEP under this MOU.

1. The Government shall ensure that all members of the Government's national contingent are required to comply with the United Nations standards of conduct set out in annex H to the present memorandum of understanding.
1 - تكفل الحكومة اقتضاء امتثال كل أفراد الوحدة الوطنية التابعة لها لمعايير الأمم المتحدة للسلوك المنصوص عليها في المرفق حاء لمذكرة التفاهم هذه.

8. Personnel deployed at the request of the United Nations for specific tasks of limited duration may be covered by supplementary arrangements to this MOU as appropriate.
8 - الأفراد الذين يتم نشرهم بناءً على طلب الأمم المتحدة لأداء مهام محدَّدة لفترات محدودة يمكن أن تشملهم ترتيبات تكميلية لمذكرة التفاهم هذه حسب الاقتضاء.

2. Major equipment deployed for short periods for specific tasks shall not form part of this MOU, or it shall be negotiated and agreed upon separately in supplementary arrangements to this MOU.
2 - المعدَّات الرئيسية المستخدَمة لفترات قصيرة ولمهام محدَّدة لا تدخل في إطار مذكرة التفاهم هذه ويجرى التفاوض، والاتفاق، بشأنها بصورة مستقلة ضمن ترتيبات مكمِّلة لمذكرة التفاهم هذه.

The initial term of this MOU shall be five years, with two four-year renewal periods, if so decided by the COP and UNEP.
31- تكون المدة الأولية لمذكرة التفاهم هذه خمس سنوات، ويمكن تمديدها لفترتين مدة كل منهما أربع سنوات، إذا ما قرر ذلك مؤتمر الأطراف وبرنامج الأمم المتحدة للبيئة.

7-2 تكفل الحكومة اقتضاء امتثال كل أفراد الوحدة الوطنية التابعة لها لمعايير الأمم المتحدة للسلوك المنصوص عليها في المرفق حاء لمذكرة التفاهم هذه.

7.28 Troop- and police-contributing countries will endeavour to ensure that all members of the national contingent conduct themselves in an environmentally conscious manner and act in support of and in compliance with United Nations environmental and waste management policies and procedures, as set out in annex I (environmental policy for field missions) to the present memorandum of understanding.
7-28 تحرص البلدان المساهمة بقوات/وحدات شرطة على ضمان تحلي جميع أعضاء وحداتها الوطنية بالوعي البيئي في تصرفاتهم، وتتصرف بطريقة تنم عن دعم وامتثال لسياسات وإجراءات الأمم المتحدة للبيئة وإدارة النفايات المبينة في المرفق الأول لمذكرة التفاهم هذه (السياسة البيئية للبعثات الميدانية).
