We also believe that the international community has a major responsibility to help Somalia restore its unity and security.

Local councils of clan elders are meeting and cooperating with the United Nations efforts to help Somalia to re-establish normal conditions.
وتجتمع المجالس المحلية لمشايخ العشائر وتتعاون بجهود اﻷمم المتحدة لمساعدة الصومال على إعادة تهيئة اﻷحوال الطبيعية.

International cooperation was therefore necessary to help Somalia to address its challenges and to meet its call for international assistance.
