54. Concerning the last chapter of the report and referring, in particular, to the planning of activities for the remainder of the quinquennium, he stressed that the Commission had confirmed its intention to complete by 1996 the second reading of the draft articles on the Code of Crimes against the Peace and Security of Mankind and the first reading of the draft articles on State responsibility.
