Egypt reported that no action other than the ratification of the United Nations Convention against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, 1988, article 11, of which includes this action.
54- وأفادت مصر بأنها لم تتَّخذ سوى إجراء واحد وهو التصديق على اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الاتجار غير المشروع في المخدّرات والمؤثّرات العقلية لسنة 1988، التي تخص المادة 11 منها هذا الموضوع.

(a) The terms " proceeds of crime " , " confiscation " and " property " shall be understood as defined in article 2 of the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime and article 1 of the United Nations Convention against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances of 1988;

Recognizing also that the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime, the United Nations Convention against Corruption and the United Nations Convention against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances of 1988 provide fundamental global frameworks of international standards for States parties for preventing and combating money-laundering,
وإذ تقرُّ أيضاً بأنَّ اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظَّمة عبر الوطنية، واتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد واتفاقية اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الاتجار غير المشروع في المخدّرات والمؤثّرات العقلية لسنة 1988 توفِّر للدول الأطراف إطاراً أساسياً عالمياً للمعايير الدولية الخاصة بمنع غسل الأموال ومكافحته،

Money-laundering is established as an offence in Law No. 19.913, which was drawn up on the basis of the principles set out in both the United Nations Convention against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (concluded at Vienna in 1988) and the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime (concluded at Palermo in 2000).

(a) Governments should ensure that national legislation effectively regulates the control of precursor chemicals, including their sale, import and export, as listed in Tables I and II of the United Nations Convention against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances of 1988;
(أ) ينبغي أن تعمل الحكومات على أن تنظم تشريعاتها الوطنية تنظيما فعّالا الرقابة المفروضة على السلائف الكيميائية الواردة في الجدولين الأول والثاني من اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الاتجار غير المشروع في المخدّرات والمؤثّرات العقلية لسنة 1988، بما في ذلك بيعها واستيرادها؛

3. Urges Member States to further strengthen, update or, if they have not yet done so, establish national legislation and mechanisms relating to the control of precursors used in the illicit manufacture of drugs, pursuant to the United Nations Convention against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances of 1988;
3- تحثّ الدول الأعضاء على مواصلة العمل على تعزيز التشريعات والآليات الوطنية المتعلقة بمراقبة السلائف المستخدمة في صنع المخدّرات غير المشروع عملاً باتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الاتجار غير المشروع في المخدّرات والمؤثرات العقلية لسنة 1988،() أو تحديث تلك التشريعات والآليات، أو استحداثها إذا لم تكن موجودة بعد؛

The major international instruments and standards with respect to money-laundering were reviewed, including the United Nations Convention against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances of 1988, the Organized Crime Convention and the United Nations Convention against Corruption, as well as the revised recommendations of the Financial Action Task Force on Money Laundering (FATF).
315- واستُعرضت الصكوك والمعايير الدولية الرئيسية فيما يتعلق بغسل الأموال، ومنها اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الاتجار غير المشروع في المخدّرات والمؤثّرات العقلية لسنة 1988(20) واتفاقية الجريمة المنظمة واتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد، فضلا عن التوصيات المنقّحة الصادرة عن فرقة العمل المعنية بالإجراءات المالية المتعلقة بغسل الأموال.
