8. In pursuance of Governing Council decision 20/19 A, progress has been made to date in strengthening the implementation of the Action Plan for the Protection, Management and Development of the Marine and Coastal Environment of the Northwest Pacific Region (NOWPAP).
8 - عملاً بمقرر مجلس الإدارة 20/19 ألف، أُحرز تقدم حتى الوقت الحاضر في تعزيز تنفيذ خطة العمل لحماية البيئة البحرية والساحلية لمنطقة شمال غرب المحيط الهادئ وإدارتها وتنميتها.

Taking into account the resolutions of the Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Intergovernmental Meetings of the Action Plan for the Protection, Management and Development of the Marine and Coastal Environment of the Northwest Pacific Region (NOWPAP) concerning the establishment of the Regional Coordinating Unit (RCU) for NOWPAP,
وإذ يأخذ في الاعتبار قرارات الاجتماعات الحكومية الدولية الرابع والخامس والسادس لخطة العمل لحماية وإدارة وتطوير البيئة البحرية والساحلية لمنطقة شمال غرب المحيط الهادئ، وإدارتها وتنميتها، المتعلقة بإنشاء وحدة تنسيق إقليمية لخطة عمل شمال غرب المحيط الهادئ،

Taking into account the resolutions of the fourth, fifth and sixth intergovernmental meetings of the Action Plan for the Protection, Management and Development of the Marine and Coastal Environment of the Northwest Pacific Region concerning the establishment of the Regional Coordinating Unit for the Action Plan,
وإذ يأخذ في الاعتبار قرارات الاجتماعات الحكومية الدولية الرابع والخامس والسادس لخطة العمل لحماية البيئة البحرية والساحلية لمنطقة شمال غرب المحيط الهادئ، وإدارتها وتنميتها، المتعلقة بإنشاء وحدة تنسيق إقليمية لخطة عمل شمال غرب المحيط الهادئ،

Within the framework of the Northwest Pacific Action Plan, a meeting was held concerning marine environmental emergency preparedness and response, at which progress in regional cooperation on marine pollution and preparedness was discussed.
وفي إطار خطة العمل لمنطقة شمال غرب المحيط الهادئ، عُقد اجتماع بشأن الاستعدادات لحالات الطوارئ في البيئة البحرية والاستجابة لها، حيث نوقشت مسألة إحراز التقدم في مجال التعاون الإقليمي بشأن الملوثات البحرية والاستعدادات لها.

(ع) PNL: الصندوق الاستئماني العام لحماية وإدارة وتنمية البيئة الساحلية والبحرية لمنطقة شمال غرب المحيط الهادئ ومواردها، الذي مُدِّد حتى 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2017؛

(r) PNL: General Trust Fund for the Protection, Management and Development of the Coastal and Marine Environment and the Resources of the Northwest Pacific Region, which is extended up to and including 31 December 2015;
(ص) PNL - الصندوق الاستئماني العام لحماية وإدارة وتنمية البيئة الساحلية والبحرية لمنطقة شمال غرب المحيط الهادئ ومواردها، الذي مُدّد حتى 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2015؛

(k) PNL - General Trust Fund for the Protection, Management and Development of the Coastal and Marine Environment and the Resources of the Northwest Pacific Region, which is extended up to and including 31 December 2013;
(ك) PNL - الصندوق الاستئماني العام لحماية وإدارة وتنمية البيئة الساحلية والبحرية لمنطقة شمال غرب المحيط الهادئ ومواردها، الذي مُدد حتى نهاية يوم 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2013؛

Other achievements include the release of procedures under the Action Plan for the Protection, Management and Development of the Marine and Coastal Environment of the Northwest Pacific Region to assess eutrophication status, including an evaluation of land-based sources of nutrients for the region.
26 - وتشمل الإنجازات الأخرى بدء الإجراءات في إطار خطة العمل لحماية وإدارة البيئة البحرية والساحلية لمنطقة شمال غرب المحيط الهادئ لتقدير حالة إتخام المياه بالمغذيات، بما في ذلك تقييم المصادر البرية للمغذيات في المنطقة.

(c) The procedures for the establishment of a regional coordinating unit for the North-West Pacific region, in support of the signatory States of the North-west Pacific Action Plan, which was adopted in Incheon, Republic of Korea, in March 2000, at the fifth of a series of intergovernmental meetings.
(ج) الإجراءات اللازمة لإنشاء وحدة تنسيق إقليمية لمنطقة شمال غرب منطقة المحيط الهادئ، لدعم الدول الموقعة على خطة عمل شمال - غرب منطقة المحيط الهادئ التي اعتمدت في إنشيون، جمهورية كوريا في آذار/مارس 2000، في الاجتماع الخامس من سلسلة الاجتماعات الحكومية الدولية.
