6- يهب بالدول أن تواصل التعاون بشكل كامل مع المقرّر الخاص وأن تساعده في أداء مهامه، وأن تستجيب على وجه السرعة لنداءاته العاجلة ومراسلاته الأخرى وأن توافق على طلبات الزيارة التي يقدمها؛

6. Calls upon States to continue to cooperate fully with and assist the Special Rapporteur in the performance of his mandate, to respond promptly to his urgent appeals and other communications and to consider favourably his requests for visits;
6- يطلب إلى الدول أن تواصل التعاون تعاوناً تاماً مع المقرّر الخاص المعني بالحق في حرية التجمع السلمي وتكوين الجمعيات وأن تساعده في أداء مهامه، وأن تستجيب على وجه السرعة لنداءاته العاجلة ومراسلاته الأخرى ولطلبات الزيارة التي يقدمها؛

(a) To fully cooperate with and assist the Special Rapporteur in the performance of his or her task, to supply all necessary information requested by him or her and to fully and expeditiously respond to his or her urgent appeals, and urges those Governments that have not yet responded to communications transmitted to them by the Special Rapporteur to answer without further delay;
(أ) التعاون التام مع المقرر الخاص ومساعدته على أداء مهمته، وتقديم جميع المعلومات الضرورية التي يطلبها، والاستجابة لنداءاته العاجلة بشكل كامل وسريع، ويحث تلك الحكومات التي لم تردّ بعد على البلاغات التي أحالها إليها المقرر الخاص على الرد عليها دون مزيد من التأخير؛

3. Requests all Governments to cooperate fully with the Special Rapporteur in the performance of the tasks and duties mandated, including by reacting promptly to the Special Rapporteur's urgent appeals and providing the information requested;
3- يطلب إلى جميع الحكومات أن تتعاون تعاوناً كاملاً مع المقرر الخاص في نهوضه بالمهام والواجبات الموكَلة إليه، وذلك بتدابير من بينها الاستجابة بسرعة لنداءاته العاجلة وموافاته بالمعلومات المطلوبة؛
