Effective measures to be taken by the Department to seek the evaluation by Member States of the quality of the conference services provided to them, as a key performance indicator of the Department, will provide equal opportunities to Member States to present their evaluations in the six official languages of the United Nations and will be in full compliance with relevant resolutions of the General Assembly.
ويتعين أن تتخذ الإدارة تدابير فعالة لطلب تقييم من الدول الأعضاء لنوعية خدمات المؤتمرات المقدمة إليها، باعتبارها مؤشرا رئيسيا لأداء الإدارة، وهو ما سيتيح فرصا متكافئة للدول الأعضاء لتقديم تقييماتها باللغات الرسمية الست للأمم المتحدة، وهو ما يتفق بالكامل مع قرارات الجمعية العامة ذات الصلة.
