Salaries of staff members shall be fixed by the Secretary-General in accordance with the provisions of annex I to the present Regulations.

The Court has jurisdiction in accordance with this Statute with respect to the following crimes:
تختص المحكمة وفقا لهذا النظام اﻷساسي بالنظر في الجرائم التالية:

(ii) The assessment shall be calculated at the following rates for staff members whose salary rates are established under paragraph 6 of annex I to the present Regulations:

Rates and conditions for payment of termination indemnity are specified in annex I to the present Regulations.
وترد مبالغ تعويض إنهاء الخدمة وشروطه في المرفق الأول لهذا النظام الأساسي.

(ii) The assessment shall be calculated at the following rates for staff members whose salary rates are established under paragraph 7 of annex I to the present Regulations:
`2 ' يحسب الاقتطاع الإلزامي من مرتبات الموظفين بالمعدلات التالية في حالة الموظفين الذين تحدد مرتباتهم بموجب الفقرة 7 من المرفق الأول لهذا النظام الأساسي:

“Article 24. The Committee may propose amendments to this Statute to the General Assembly.
" المادة ٢٤ - للجنة أن تقترح على الجمعية العامة تعديلات لهذا النظام اﻷساسي.

1. The Court is a permanent institution open to States Parties in accordance with this Statute.
١ - المحكمة مؤسسة دائمة مفتوحة للدول اﻷطراف وفقا لهذا النظام اﻷساسي.

In this connection, the Committee trusts that the adoption of conditions of service for the judges of the International Tribunal should put an end to any existing practice that contradicts the requirements of this Statute.
وفي هذا الصدد، تثق اللجنة بأن اعتماد شروط الخدمة للقضاة كفيل بأن يضع حدا ﻷي ممارسة قائمة تتناقض والشروط اﻷساسية لهذا النظام اﻷساسي.

The terms and conditions on which they shall be appointed, remunerated and dismissed shall be in accordance with these Regulations and the Staff Rules of the Authority.
وتخضع الأحكام والشروط التي يعينون وتحدد أجورهم ويفصلون على أساسها لهذا النظام الأساسي وللنظام الإداري للسلطة.

Such staff rules and amendments as the Secretary-General may make to implement the present Regulations shall be provisional until the requirements of regulations 12.3 and 12.4 below have been met.
تظل القواعد والتعديلات التي قد يضعها الأمين العام للنظام الإداري للموظفين تنفيذا لهذا النظام الأساسي مؤقتة إلى أن تستوفى الشروط الواردة في البندين 12/3 و 12/4 أدناه.

2. The Mechanism shall have primacy over national courts in accordance with the present Statute.
2 - تكون للآلية أسبقية على المحاكم الوطنية وفقا لهذا النظام الأساسي.

While all States are free to choose whether to become a party to the Rome Statute or not, recently we were happy to welcome the one-hundredth ratification of the Statute by Mexico.
ولئن كانت كل دولة حرة في اختيار أن تصبح طرفا في نظام روما الأساسي أو لا، أسعدنا مؤخرا أن نرحب بالتصديق المائة لهذا النظام الأساسي من جانب المكسيك.
