Staff members shall not, except in the normal course of official duties or with the prior approval of the Secretary-General, engage in any of the following acts, if such act relates to the purpose, activities or interests of the United Nations:
لا يجوز للموظفين، إلا في إطار اﻷداء العادي لواجباتهم الرسمية أو بموافقة مسبقة من اﻷمين العام، القيام بأي فعل من اﻷفعال التالية إذا كان هذا الفعل متصلا بمقاصد اﻷمم المتحدة أو أنشطتها أو مصالحها:

Staff members shall not, except in the normal course of official duties or with the prior approval of the Secretary-General, engage in any of the following acts if such act relates to the purpose, activities or interests of the United Nations:
ولا يجوز للموظفين، إلا في أثناء الأداء العادي لواجباتهم الرسمية أو بموافقة مسبقة من الأمين العام، القيام بأي عمل من الأعمال التالية إذا كان هذا الفعل متصلا بمقاصد الأمم المتحدة أو أنشطتها أو مصالحها:

Obstruction of the performance of the official duties of staff of the designated export control authority and other State bodies involved in State export control during the performance of their official duties, or failure to comply with legitimate requests by such persons;
`9` تعطيل أداء الواجبات الرسمية لموظفي السلطة المعنية بالرقابة على الصادرات وهيئات الدولة الأخرى التي لها دور في الرقابة الحكومية على الصادرات خلال أدائهم لواجباتهم الرسمية أو التقصير في الالتزام بالتدابير المشروعة التي يطلب مراعاتها هؤلاء الموظفون؛

(p) Staff members shall not, except in the normal course of official duties or with the prior approval of the Secretary-General, engage in any of the following acts, if such act relates to the purpose, activities or interests of the United Nations:
)ع( لا يجوز للموظفين، إلا في سياق اﻷداء العادي لواجباتهم الرسمية أو بموافقة مسبقة من اﻷمين العام، القيام بأي فعل من اﻷفعال التالية إذا كان هذا الفعل متصلا بمقاصد اﻷمم المتحدة أو أنشطتها أو مصالحها:

(p) Staff members shall not, except in the normal course of official duties or with the prior approval of the Secretary-General, engage in any of the following acts, if such act relates to the purpose, activities or interests of the United Nations:
)ع( لا يجوز للموظفين، إلا في إطار اﻷداء العادي لواجباتهم الرسمية أو بموافقة مسبقة من اﻷمين العام، القيام بأي فعل من اﻷفعال التالية إذا كان هذا الفعل متصلا بمقاصد اﻷمم المتحدة أو أنشطتها أو مصالحها:

(e) Staff members shall not, except in the course of official duties or with the prior approval of the Secretary-General, perform any one of the following acts, if such act relates to the purposes, activities, or interests of the United Nations:
)ﻫ( لا يجوز للموظفين، إلا في إطار اﻷداء العادي لواجباتهم الرسمية أو بموافقة مسبقة من اﻷمين العام، القيام بأي عمل من اﻷعمال التالية إن كان هذا العمل متصلا بمقاصد اﻷمم المتحدة أو أنشطتها أو مصالحها:

(t) Staff members shall not, except in the normal course of official duties or with the prior approval of the Secretary-General, engage in any outside activities that relate to the purpose, activities or interests of the United Nations.
(ر) لا يجوز للموظفين، إلا في أثناء الأداء العادي لواجباتهم الرسمية أو بموافقة مسبقة من الأمين العام، القيام بأي عمل خارجي له صلة بمقاصد الأمم المتحدة أو أنشطتها أو مصالحها.

(s) Staff members shall not, except in the normal course of official duties or with the prior approval of the Secretary-General, engage in any outside activities that relate to the purpose, activities or interests of the United Nations.
(ق) لا يجوز للموظفين، إلا في أثناء الأداء العادي لواجباتهم الرسمية أو بموافقة مسبقة من الأمين العام، القيام بأي عمل خارجي له صلة بمقاصد الأمم المتحدة أو أنشطتها أو مصالحها.

(q) Staff members shall not, except in the normal course of official duties or with the prior approval of the Secretary-General, engage in any of the following acts, if such act relates to the purpose, activities or interests of the United Nations:

(q) Project personnel shall not, except in the normal course of official duties or with the prior approval of the Secretary-General, engage in any of the following acts, if such act relates to the purpose, activities or interests of the United Nations:
