The Executive Board of the CDM shall initiate any transfer of CERs held in the CDM registry by directing it to transfer specified CERs to a specific account within that registry or another registry.
ويشرع المجلس التنفيذي لآلية التنمية النظيفة في أي عملية تحويل لوحدات خفض الانبعاثات المعتمدة المحتفظ بها في سجل آلية التنمية النظيفة بالإيعاز لذلك السجل بتحويل وحدات محددة من وحدات خفض الانبعاثات المعتمدة إلى حساب محدد في ذلك السجل أو في سجل آخر.

The executive board of the CDM shall initiate any transfer of CERs held in the CDM registry by directing it to transfer specified CERs to a specific account within that registry or another registry.

The Executive Board shall consider, at its next meeting, a request for review, and shall either decide to perform a review of the proposed issuance of CERs or to approve the issuance.
10- ينظر المجلس التنفيذي في اجتماعه التالي في طلب الاستعراض، ويقرر إجراء استعراض للإصدار المقترح لوحدات خفض الانبعاثات المعتمدة أو الموافقة على الإصدار.

To decline to approve the proposed issuance of CERs.
(ج) أن يرفض الموافقة على الإصدار المقترح لوحدات خفض الانبعاثات المعتمدة.

To approve the proposed issuance of CERs;
(أ) سيوافق على الإصدار المقترح لوحدات خفض الانبعاثات المعتمدة

To decline to approve the proposed issuance of CERs.
(ج) سيرفض الموافقة على الإصدار المقترح لوحدات خفض الانبعاثات المعتمدة.

In accordance with paragraph 65 of the CDM modalities and procedures, the Board shall inform the project participants of the outcome of the review, and make public its decision regarding the approval of the proposed issuance of CERs and the reasons for it.
19- ووفقاً للفقرة 65 من طرائق وإجراءات الآلية، يُبلِّغ المجلس المشتركين في المشروع بنتائج الاستعراض، ويعلن عن قراره فيما يتعلق بالموافقة على الإصدار المقترح لوحدات خفض الانبعاثات المعتمدة وأسباب ذلك.

(f) Promotion of voluntary cancellation of certified emission reductions.
