1. nothing in this Convention shall affect other rights, obligations and responsibilities of States, peoples and individuals under international law, in particular the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations, and international humanitarian law.
1 - ليس في هذه الاتفاقية ما يمس الحقوق والالتزامات والمسؤوليات الأخرى للدول والشعوب والأفراد بموجب القانون الدولي، ولا سيما مقاصد ومبادئ ميثاق الأمم المتحدة، والقانون الإنساني الدولي.

nothing in the present Convention shall affect existing or future international agreements in special fields or of a regional or subregional nature which relate to matters dealt with in the present Convention.

6. nothing contained in this Convention shall affect the principle that the description of the offences established in accordance with this Convention and of the applicable legal defences or other legal principles controlling the lawfulness of conduct is reserved to the domestic law of a State Party and that such offences shall be prosecuted and punished in accordance with that law.
6- ليس في هذه الاتفاقية ما يمس بالمبدأ القائل بأن توصيف الجرائم المقررة وفقا لهذه الاتفاقية وتوصيف الدفوع القانونية المنطبقة أو المبادىء القانونية الأخرى التي تحكم مشروعية السلوك محفوظ حصرا لقانون الدولة الطرف الداخلي، وبوجوب ملاحقة ومعاقبة تلك الجرائم وفقا لذلك القانون.

2. nothing in this Convention shall affect the immunity of vessels and aircraft belonging to a State and operated by it for military, customs or police purposes, or of space objects.
٢ - ليس في هذه الاتفاقية ما يمس حصانة السفن أو الطائرات المنتمية إلى دولة تستخدمها في أغراض عسكرية أو جمركية أو شرطية، أو ما يمس كذلك حصانة المركبات الفضائية.

nothing in the present Convention shall affect the rights and obligations of States Parties under existing international agreements which relate to matters dealt with in the present Convention as between the parties to those agreements.
