At its 13th meeting, on 29 January 2008, the Committee considered the application of the International Association of Women Judges, a merger between International Women Judges Federation, an organization in special consultative status with the Council, and International Association of Women Judges, an organization not in consultative status with the Council.

37. At the same meeting, the Committee decided to recommend that the Economic and Social Council authorize 12 organizations of indigenous people not in consultative status with the Council to participate in the Working Group (see sect. I.A, draft decision III).

At its 53rd and 55th plenary meetings, on 10 October and 14 November 1996, the Economic and Social Council decided to approve the participation of the following organizations of indigenous people not in consultative status with the Council in the open-ended inter-sessional Working Group whose establishment was authorized by the Council in resolution 1995/32 of 25 July 1995:

At its 2nd meeting, on 1 May 2000, the Preparatory Committee decided, without a vote, to accredit, in accordance with Economic and Social Council resolution 1996/31 of 25 July 1996 governing the participation of nongovernmental organizations in international conferences convened by the United Nations, and their preparatory processes, 11 nongovernmental organizations not in consultative status with the Council.
قررت اللجنة التحضيرية بدون تصويت، في جلستها الثانية التي عقدتها في 1 أيار/مايو 2000 أن تعتمد، وفقاً لقرار المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي 1996/31 المؤرخ 25 تموز/يوليه 1996 الذي ينظم مشاركة المنظمات غير الحكومية في المؤتمرات الدولية التي تعقدها الأمم المتحدة وفي عمليات التحضير لها، وثائق تفويض إحدى عشرة منظمة غير حكومية ليس لها مركز استشاري لدى المجلس.

3. The present report is prepared in response to the above requests and contains proposals on accreditation criteria and procedures for those non-governmental organizations and other major groups currently not in consultative status with the Council, and participation of major groups in the World Summit and its preparatory process.
3 - وأُعد هذا التقرير استجابة للطلبات السابق الإشارة إليها ويتضمن مقترحات بشأن `1 ' معايير الاعتماد والإجراءات المتعلقة بالمنظمات غير الحكومية والمجموعات الرئيسية الأخرى التي ليس لها مركز استشاري لدى المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، `2 ' مشاركة المجموعات الرئيسية في مؤتمر القمة العالمي وفي عمليته التحضيرية.

By that draft decision, the Council would approve (a) the participation of 14 organizations of indigenous people not in consultative status with the Council in the Working Group and (b) the participation of two organizations (L'auravetl'an Foundation (Liechtenstein) and Organización de la Nación Aymara (Peru)) not in consultative status with the Council, on a provisional basis, pending receipt of the views of the Government concerned.
وفي مشروع القرار ذلك، يوافق المجلس )أ( على مشاركة منظمات السكان اﻷصليين اﻟ ١٤ التي ليس لها مركز استشاري لدى المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي في الفريق العامل؛ )ب( وعلى مشاركة منظمتين )هما مؤسسة لورافيتلان )ليختنشتاين( ومنظمة أمة أيمارا )بيرو(( اللتين ليس لهما مركز استشاري لدى المجلس، وذلك على أساس مؤقت، ريثما ترد آراء الحكومتين المعنيتين.

88. At its 49th meeting, on 24 January 2003, the Committee resumed its consideration of item 2 and recommended the participation of the following three organizations of indigenous people not in consultative status with the Council in the open-ended inter-sessional working group of the Commission on Human Rights established pursuant to Council resolution 1995/32 (see chap. I, draft decision III).
88 - استأنفت اللجنة في جلستها العامة 49، المعقودة في 24 كانون الثاني/يناير 2003، النظر في البند 2 وأوصت بأن تشارك منظمات الشعوب الأصلية الثلاث التالية التي ليس لها مركز استشاري لدى المجلس في أعمال الفريق العامل المفتوح العضوية لما بين الدورات التابع للجنة حقوق الإنسان، المنشأ عملا بقرار المجلس 1995/32.
