This system will ensure that the monitoring of equitable distribution of humanitarian supplies is undertaken on a governorate-by-governorate basis as well as by sector or activity.
وسيكفل هذا النظام الاضطلاع بمهمة رصد التوزيع المنصف لﻹمدادات اﻹنسانية في كل محافظة على حدة وكذلك بحسب القطاع أو النشاط.

18. Demands that the Government of Angola and UNITA take necessary measures to ensure the safe passage of humanitarian supplies throughout the country;
١٨ - يطالب حكومة أنغولا ويونيتا باتخاذ التدابير اللازمة لكفالة المرور اﻵمن لﻹمدادات اﻹنسانية في كافة أنحاء البلد؛

“18. Demands that the Government of Angola and the União Nacional para a Independência Total de Angola take necessary measures to ensure the safe passage of humanitarian supplies throughout the country;
" ١٨ - يطالب حكومة أنغولا ويونيتا باتخاذ التدابير اللازمة لكفالة المرور اﻵمن لﻹمدادات اﻹنسانية في كافة أنحاء البلد؛

If the Secretary-General is satisfied that the plan adequately ensures equitable distribution of humanitarian supplies to the Iraqi population throughout the country, he will so inform the Government of Iraq.
وإذا اقتنع اﻷمين العام بأن الخطة تضمن على نحو كاف التوزيع العادل لﻹمدادات اﻹنسانية على السكان العراقيين في شتى أنحاء البلد، فإنه يبلغ حكومة العراق بذلك.

“The Security Council reiterates its condemnation of interference with humanitarian supplies and the freedom of movement of the United Nations Protection Force by all parties within the territory of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
" يكرر مجلس اﻷمن إعرابه عن إدانته للتعرض لﻹمدادات اﻹنسانية ولحرية تنقل قوة اﻷمم المتحدة للحماية من جانب جميع اﻷطراف الموجودة داخل أرض جمهورية البوسنة والهرسك.

The objectives of the United Nations process shall be, inter alia, to confirm whether the equitable distribution of humanitarian supplies to the Iraqi population throughout the country has been ensured, to ensure the effectiveness of the operation and determine the adequacy of the available resources to meet the population's humanitarian needs.
وأهداف عملية اﻷمم المتحدة هي، في جملة أمور، التأكد مما إذا كان التوزيع المنصف لﻹمدادات اﻹنسانية على السكان العراقيين في جميع أنحاء البلد قد جرى تأمينه، وضمان فعالية العملية، وتحديد كفاية الموارد المتاحة لتلبية الاحتياجات اﻹنسانية للسكان.

11. After the plan becomes operational, each Party to the present Memorandum may suggest to the other for its consideration a modification to the plan if it believes that such adjustment would improve the equitable distribution of humanitarian supplies and their adequacy.
١١ - بعد بدء تنفيذ الخطة، يجوز لكل طرف في هذه المذكرة أن يقترح على الطرف اﻵخر، للنظر، تعديـلا للخطة إذا ارتأى أن هـذا التعديل من شأنه تحسين التوزيع العادل لﻹمدادات اﻹنسانية ومدى كفايتها.

However, incidents on these and other vital roads, some of which have resulted in civilian casualties, call for resolute action by the Government and UNITA to ensure the safe passage of humanitarian supplies throughout the country.
