1- يُنشأ بمقتضى هذه المادة مؤتمر للأطراف في الاتفاقية من أجل تحسين قدرة الدول الأطراف على مكافحة الفساد والقضاء عليه وتعزيز تنفيذ هذه الاتفاقية واستعراضه من خلال برنامج متابعة منتظمة.

6- وعملا بالمادة 32 من الاتفاقية، أُنشئ مؤتمر للأطراف في الاتفاقية من أجل تحسين قدرة الدول الأطراف على مكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية وتعزيز تنفيذ الاتفاقية واستعراضه، وعُقدت دورته الأولى في فيينا من 28 حزيران/يونيه إلى 8 تموز/يوليه 2004.

3. Pursuant to article 32 of the Convention, a Conference of the Parties to the Convention was established to improve the capacity of States parties to combat transnational organized crime and to promote and review the implementation of the Convention and the Secretary-General was to convene the Conference of the Parties not later than one year following the entry into force of the Convention.
3- عملا بالمادة 32 من الاتفاقية، أُنشئ مؤتمر للأطراف في الاتفاقية لأجل تحسين قدرة الدول الأطراف على مكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية وتعزيز تنفيذ هذه الاتفاقية واستعراضه وأن يعقد الأمين العام مؤتمر الأطراف في موعد أقصاه سنة واحدة من بدء نفاذ الاتفاقية.
