HFHR noted Poland's efforts to resolve the problem of overcrowding in prisons and detention centres.

Training in human rights is also provided by a number of NGOs, including the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights and Amnesty International.

547. The Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights was concerned about China's rejection of many recommendations, including almost all of those seeking an improvement in the human rights situation of the Tibetan people.
