Of 208 minority applicants for positions with the Republika Srpska police, IPTF has concluded that 178 are eligible to serve on the force, the majority of them in the north-western city of Prijedor and in Banja Luka.
وهناك ٢٠٨ أشخاص رشحتهم اﻷقليات لملء الشواغر في شرطة جمهورية صربسكا؛ وقد اعتبرت قوة الشرطة الدولية ٨٧١ منهم مؤهلين للخدمة في قوة الشرطة.

6.* If, during the election process, two nationals of a State Party have become eligible to serve as members of the Sub-Committee, the membership of the Sub-Committee shall be resolved in the following manner in conformity with article 4, paragraph 3:
6*- إذا أصبح مواطنان من دولة طرف، خلال عملية الانتخاب، مؤهلين للخدمة كأعضاء في اللجنة الفرعية، تسوى مسألة عضوية اللجنة الفرعية بالطريقة التالية وفقاً للفقرة 3 من المادة 4:

6*. If, during the election process, two nationals of a State Party have become eligible to serve as members of the Subcommittee, the membership of the Subcommittee shall be resolved in the following manner in conformity with article 4, paragraph 3:
٦*- إذا أصبح مواطنان من دولة طرف، خلال عملية الانتخاب، مؤهلين للخدمة كأعضاء في اللجنة الفرعية، تسوى مسألة عضوية اللجنة الفرعية بالطريقة التالية وفقاً للفقرة ٣ من المادة ٤:

2. If during the election process two nationals of a State Party have become eligible to serve as members of the Subcommittee on Prevention, the candidate receiving the higher number of votes shall serve as the member of the Subcommittee.
2 - إذا أصبح مواطنان اثنان من دولة طرف، خلال العملية الانتخابية، مؤهلين للخدمة أعضاء في اللجنة الفرعية لمنع التعذيب، يكون المرشح الذي يحصل على أكبر عدد من الأصوات هو عضو اللجنة الفرعية.

2. If during the election process two nationals of a State Party have become eligible to serve as members of the Subcommittee on Prevention, the candidate receiving the higher number of votes shall serve as the member of the Subcommittee on Prevention.
2 - إذا أصبح مواطنان اثنان من دولة طرف، خلال العملية الانتخابية، مؤهلين للخدمة أعضاء في اللجنة الفرعية لمنع التعذيب، يكون المرشح الذي يحصل على أكبر عدد من الأصوات هو عضو اللجنة الفرعية لمنع التعذيب.
