III. FEASIBILITY OF EXTENDING THE SAFE AREA CONCEPT TO Maglaj, MOSTAR AND VITEZ
ثالثا - إمكانيــــة تطبيق مفهوم المنطقة اﻵمنـــة على ماغلاي وموستار وفيتيز

The situation in Maglaj is different in that it has never been the site of an UNPROFOR presence and is not part of the process of political rapprochement that is taking place between the Muslim and Croat communities.
أما الحالة في ماغلاي فمختلفة من حيث أنه لم يكن فيها قط تواجد للقوة وليست هي جزءا من عملية التقارب السياسي الذي يجري بين الطائفتين المسلمة والكرواتية.

This would require increasing UNPROFOR's strength by 1,200 all ranks, plus 300 support troops for engineer and logistics support, should the Security Council decide to declare Maglaj a safe area.
وهذا يتطلب زيادة قوام قوة اﻷمم المتحدة للحماية ﺑ ٢٠٠ ١ فرد من جميع الرتب، بالاضافة إلى ٣٠٠ فرد من قوات الدعم للدعم الهندسي والسوقيات، إذا ما قرر مجلس اﻷمن إعلان ماغلاي منطقة آمنة.
