If, however, the increase in costs exceeds Euro3,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies), the original obligation must be revised to reflect this increase in requirements and further certification is required.

(iv) Services, supplies or equipment have been received in accordance with the contract, agreement, purchase order or other form of undertaking by which they were ordered and, if the cost exceeds Euro3,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies), in accordance with the purpose for which the relevant financial obligation was established.
