96- وقال ممثل النمسا متحدثاً بالنيابة عن الاتحاد الأوروبي إن التجارة الإلكترونية تحولت بسرعة إلى إضافة جذابة للوسائل التقليدية للتجارة بالنسبة للمشاريع في البلدان النامية، وإنها أصبحت تولّد ممارسات تجارية جديدة.

The representative of Denmark, speaking on behalf of the European Union (EU) and the countries seeking accession to the European Union (Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia, as well as Cyprus, Malta and Turkey), expressed his appreciation for the secretariat's work in the past year, during which the Mid-Term Review had been held.

Mr. Trezza (Italy), speaking on behalf of the European Union (EU), the acceding countries, the associated countries, the European Free Trade Association countries and the members of the European Economic Area, said the excessive and illicit transfer of small arms and their destabilizing accumulation threatened international security and social and economic stability and had serious humanitarian implications.
22 - قال السيد تريزّا (إيطاليا)، متحدثاً بالنيابة عن الاتحاد الأوروبي والبلدان المرشحة للانضمام إليه والبلدان المنتسبة وبلدان الرابطة الأوروبية للتجارة الحرة وأعضاء المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية، إن الإفراط في النقل غير المشروع للأسلحة الصغيرة ومراكمتها التي تزعزع الاستقرار يتهدد بالخطر الأمن الدولي والاستقرار الاجتماعي والاقتصادي وله تداعيات إنسانية خطيرة.
