Each State Party shall also adopt such measures as may be necessary to establish as a criminal offence participation as an accomplice in an offence established in accordance with this article.
تعتمد كل دولة طرف أيضا ما قد يلزم من تدابير لتجريم المشاركة كطرف متواطئ في فعل مجرّم وفقا لهذه المادة.

1. Each State Party shall make the commission of an offence established in accordance with this Convention liable to sanctions that take into account the gravity of that offence.
1- على كل دولة طرف أن تجعل ارتكاب أي فعـل مجرّم وفقا لهذه الاتفاقية خاضعا لجزاءات تُراعى فيها خطورة ذلك الجرم.

Knowledge, intent or purpose required as an element of an offence established in accordance with this Convention may be inferred from objective factual circumstances.
يمكن الاستدلال من الملابسات الوقائعية الموضوعية على توافر عنصر العلم أو النية أو الغرض بصفته ركنا لفعل مجرّم وفقا لهذه الاتفاقية.

(ii) Participation in, association with or conspiracy to commit, attempts to commit and aiding, abetting, facilitating and counselling the commission of any of the offences established in accordance with this article.
' 2` المشاركة في ارتكاب أي فعل مجرّم وفقا لهذه المادة، أو التعاون أو التآمر على ارتكابه، والشروع في ارتكابه والمساعدة والتشجيع على ذلك وتسهيله وإسداء المشورة بشأنه.

B. Replacement of the phrases " conduct criminalized in accordance with this Convention " and " conduct established as an offence in accordance with this Convention " with the phrase " an offence established in accordance with this Convention "
ألف- الاستعاضة عن عبارة " سلوك مجرّم وفقا لهذه الاتفاقية " بعبارة " فعل مجرّم وفقا لهذه الاتفاقية " باء-

1. Each State Party shall make the commission of an offence established in accordance with this Convention liable to sanctions that take into account the gravity of that offence.
1- تجعل كل دولة طرف ارتكاب فعـل مجرّم وفقا لهذه الاتفاقية خاضعا لعقوبات تُراعى فيها جسامة ذلك الجرم.

Knowledge, intent or purpose required as an element of an offence established in accordance with this Convention may be inferred from objective factual circumstances.
يمكن الاستدلال من الملابسات الوقائعية الموضوعية على العلم أو النية أو الغرض بصفتها من عناصر فعل مجرّم وفقا لهذه الاتفاقية.

1- على كل دولة طرف أن تجعل ارتكاب أي فعـل مجرّم وفقا لهذه الاتفاقية خاضعا لعقوبات تُراعى فيها جسامة ذلك الجرم.

2. Each State Party shall also adopt such legislative and other measures as may be necessary to establish as a criminal offence participation as an accomplice in an offence established in accordance with paragraph 1 of this article.
2- تعتمد كل دولة طرف أيضا ما قد يلزم من تدابير تشريعية وتدابير أخرى لتجريم المشاركة كطرف متواطئ في فعل مجرّم وفقا للفقرة 1 من هذه المادة.

(ii) Participation in, association with or conspiracy to commit, attempts to commit and aiding, abetting, facilitating and counselling the commission of any of the offences established in accordance with this article.
`2` المشاركة في ارتكاب أي فعل مجرّم وفقا لهذه المادة، أو التعاون أو التآمر على ارتكابه، والشروع في ارتكابه والمساعدة والتشجيع على ذلك وتسهيله وإسداء المشورة بشأنه.

[(d) Adopt such other measures as it may deem necessary to facilitate the recovery of property acquired through conduct criminalized in accordance with this Convention.]
