If the violation of the provisions of the present Ordinance may seriously prejudice the strategic goods imports and exports regime or the fulfilment of the commitments Romania has pledged to abide by, the competent authorities shall revoke the licence and, when necessary, the authorization to undertake the import and export of strategic goods.
