33. Decides to continue, in 2012, workshops, in a structured manner, to further the understanding of the diversity of mitigation actions as communicated and contained in document FCCC/AWGLCA/2011/INF.1, underlying assumptions and any support needed for the implementation of these actions, noting different national circumstances and the respective capabilities of developing country Parties;
33- يقرر مواصلة حلقات العمل في عام 2012، على نحو مُهيكل، لتعزيز فهم تنوع إجراءات التخفيف الواردة في الوثيقة FCCC/AWGLCA/2011/INF.1، والافتراضات التي تقوم عليها هذه الإجراءات وأي دعم ضروري لتنفيذها، مع مراعاة مختلف الظروف الوطنية للبلدان النامية الأطراف وقدرات كل منها؛

(ii) Participants noted the importance of designing and recommending a set of training materials that provides a certain degree of flexibility to accommodate the differing national circumstances of non-Annex I Parties, while ensuring that the reporting requirements outlined in the guidelines are fully met;

34. The COP also requested the secretariat to organize workshops to understand the diversity of mitigation actions submitted, underlying assumptions and any support needed for the implementation of these actions, noting different national circumstances and the respective capabilities of developing country Parties.

51. Taking into account different national circumstances, levels of risk and exposure to climate change, " particularly vulnerable developing countries " are hereby defined as developing country Parties that are particularly vulnerable to the adverse effects of climate change [and/or to the impact of the implementation of response measures], and least able to adapt, including:

16. Three workshops on mitigation (WS-1, WS-2 and WS-3, see figure 1) were conducted between June 2004 and May 2005, which focused on exchanging information and sharing experiences on a range of cross-cutting issues, taking into account different national circumstances.

89. The first period of work (identification of, and information-sharing on, framing issues) allowed Parties to discuss, in the context of three in-session workshops, a range of cross-cutting issues, taking into account different national circumstances.
