If, as the result of an act committed by a public official, the victim sustains an injury which causes permanent disability, the perpetrator shall be liable to a penalty of up to 10 years' imprisonment.
وإذا ترتب على فعل الموظف إصابة المجني عليه بعاهة مستديمة، عوقب الجاني بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز عشر سنوات.

Article 191: " Any person who sexually assaults another, using coercion, threats or deception, shall face a penalty of up to 15 years' imprisonment " ;
المادة 191 " كل من هتك عرض إنسان بالإكراه أو بالتهديد أو بالحيلة يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز خمس عشرة سنة " ؛

Anyone who lures a minor or a person with a mental impairment in order to take him from, or subtract him from the care of, his legal guardian, without the guardian's consent, shall be subject to a penalty of up to seven years' imprisonment and may also be fined.
الاستدراج :: من يستدرج شخص غير بالغ أو مختل بأن يأخذه أو يغريه لإبعاده من حفظ وليه الشرعي دون رضا من ذلك الولي يعاقب بالسجن مدة لا تجاوز سبع سنوات كما تجوز معاقبته بالغرامة.

Under article 191: “Anyone who uses force, threats or deception to commit an act of indecent assault shall be liable to a penalty of up to 15 years' imprisonment.
كما نصت المادة ١٩١ على أن: " كل من هتك عرض إنسان باﻹكراه أو بالتهديد أو بالحيلة يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز خمس عشر سنة.

Article 183 further stipulates that anyone who abducts, conceals or exchanges a newborn baby or falsifies the said baby's parentage is liable to a penalty of up to 10 years' imprisonment.
وجاء في المادة ٣٨١ أن كل من خطف طفلاً حديث العهد بالولادة أو أخفاه أو أبدل به غيره أو عزاه زورا إلى غير والده ووالدته، يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز عشر سنوات.

121. Under article 192: “Anyone who indecently assaults a young boy or girl under 21 years of age without using force, threats or deception shall be liable to a penalty of up to 10 years’ imprisonment.
١٢١- ونصت المادة ٢٩١ على كل من هتك عرض صبي أو صبية لم يتم كل منهما الحادية والعشرين من عمره، بغير إكراه أو تهديد أو حيله، يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز عشر سنوات.

Article 160: Any person who batters, injures, grievously harms or physically assaults another person shall be subject to a term of up to 2 years' imprisonment and/or a fine of up to 500 dinars;
المادة 160: كل من ضرب شخصاً أو جرحه أو ألحق بجسمه أذى أو أخل بحرمة الجسم وكان ذلك على نحو محسوس يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز سنتين وبغرامة لا تجاوز مائة وخمسين ديناراً أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين؛

If the victim was under 18 years of age, the penalty shall be a term of up to two years' imprisonment and/or a fine of up to 2,000 rupees”.
فإذا كانت سن المجني عليه تقل عن الثامنة عشرة، كانت العقوبة الحبس مدة لا تجاوز سنتين والغرامة التي لا تجاوز ألفي روبية أو إحدى هاتين العقوبتين.

If the offender is one of the victim’s ascendants or was a person entrusted with his or her upbringing or welfare or vested with authority over the victim or if he was a servant of any of the above-mentioned persons, the penalty shall be a term of up to 15 years’ imprisonment”.
فإذا كان الجاني من أصول المجني عليه أو من المتولين تربيته أو رعايته أو ممن لهم عليه سلطة، أو كان خادما عند من تقدم ذكرهم، كانت العقوبة الحبس مدة لا تجاوز خمس عشرة سنة.

If the victim was under 18 years of age, the penalty shall be a term of up to seven years’ imprisonment and/or a fine of up to 7,000 rupees”.
فإذا كانت سن المجني عليه تقل عن الثامنة عشرة، كانت العقوبة مدة لا تجاوز سبع سنوات والغرامة التي لا تجاوز سبعة آلاف روبية أو احدى هاتين العقوبتين.

If the person who was incited to commit the offence was a minor under the age of 18 or if the instigator of the offence lives off the proceeds from the debauchery or prostitution of the other person, the penalty shall be a term of up to 15 years' imprisonment.
وإذا كان من حرضه ووقعت منه الجريمة صغيراً لم يتم الثامنة عشرة من العمر أو كان المحرض يعول في معيشته على فجور أو دعارة من حرضه يجوز أن تصل عقوبة المحرض إلى الحبس مدة لا تجاوز عشر سنوات.

1. Anyone who makes, reproduces, possesses and distributes indecent material shall be subject to a penalty of up to one month in prison or a flogging with up to 40 lashes, and may also be liable to a fine.
1- من يصنع أو يصور أو يحوز مواد مخلة بالآداب العامة ويتداولها يعاقب بالسجن مدة لا تجاوز شهراً أو بالجلد لا يجاوز أربعين جلدة كما تجوز معاقبته بالغرامة.

If the person who committed suicide was under 16 years of age or of diminished capacity, the offender shall be liable to imprisonment for a term of not more than 10 years.
وإذا كان المنتحر لم يبلغ السادسة عشرة، أو كان ناقص الإرادة أو الإدراك، عوقب الجاني بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز عشر سنوات.

If the victim is under 18 years of age, that person shall be punished by a term of imprisonment of no more than two years and/or a fine of no more than 2,000 rupees.
فإذا كانت سن المجني عليه تقل عن الثامنة عشرة، كانت العقوبة الحبس مدة لا تجاوز سنتين والغرامة التي لا تجاوز ألفين روبية أو إحدى هاتين العقوبتين.
