B. Decision VIII/2: Recommendations adopted by the Ozone Research Managers at their seventh meeting
باء - المقرر 8/2: التوصيات التي اعتمدها مديرو بحوث الأوزون في اجتماعهم السابع

The annex to the present note sets out the recommendations made by the Ozone Research Managers at that meeting, divided into four categories: research needs, systematic observations, data archiving and capacity-building.
ويتضمّن مرفق هذه المذكرة التوصيات التي قدمها مديرو بحوث الأوزون في ذلك الاجتماع مقسمةً إلى أربع فئات: الاحتياجات البحثية، عمليات الرصد المنهجية، حفظ البيانات، بناء القدرات.

In addition, a number of recommendations made by the Ozone Research Managers at their seventh meeting, based on their review of national research plans, will be submitted for consideration by the Parties.

VIII/2: Recommendations adopted by the Ozone Research Managers at their seventh meeting

To endorse the recommendations adopted by the Ozone Research Managers at their seventh meeting, as set out in the report of that meeting;
2 - أن يقرّ التوصيات التي اعتمدها مديرو بحوث الأوزون في اجتماعهم السابع، بصيغتها الواردة في تقرير ذلك الاجتماع؛

Noting the conclusions reached by the Ozone Research Managers at their sixth meeting on the need to maintain a long-term observational capability, the decision would provide for the extension of the trust fund to 2015 and encourage Parties to provide voluntary funding for it.
ونظراً للاستنتاجات التي توصل إليها مديرو بحوث الأوزون خلال اجتماعهم السادس بشأن الحاجة إلى المحافظة على قدرات رصد طويلة الأجل، ينص المقرر على تمديد فترة الصندوق الاستئماني إلى عام 2015 ويشجع الأطراف على تقديم تمويل طوعي للصندوق.

Consideration should be given to supporting other activities identified by the Ozone Research Managers and in consultation with the co-chairs of the United Nations Environment Programme Scientific Assessment and Environmental Effects Assessment Panels, for the improvement of the observation network and relevant research;
وأنه ينبغي إيلاء الاعتبار لدعم أنشطة أخرى يحددها مديرو بحوث الأوزون بالتشاور مع الرؤساء المشاركين لفريق التقييم العلمي وفريق تقييم الآثار البيئية التابعين لبرنامج الأمم المتحدة للبيئة، بغية الإرتقاء بمستوى شبكة الرصد والبحوث ذات الصلة؛

Based on their review of the state of knowledge in the field and related activities, the Ozone Research Managers made a number of recommendations, including on satellite monitoring and research.
4 - وتقدَّم مديرو بحوث الأوزون، بناءً على استعراضهم لحالة المعرفة الميدانية والأنشطة ذات الصلة، بعدد من التوصيات من بينها توصيات تتناول الرصد والبحوث بواسطة السواتل.

The Ozone Research Managers had met in Geneva and had stressed the need, among other things, to build capacity in ozonelayer monitoring and observation, to find hydrofluorocarbon substitutes and to reconstitute the ozone layer.
وقد اجتمع مديرو بحوث الأوزون في جنيف وشددوا على جملة أمور من بينها الحاجة إلى بناء القدرات في مجال رصد ومراقبة طبقة الأوزون، والعثور على بدائل للمركبات الهيدروكربونية فلورية، وإعادة بناء طبقة الأوزون.

To request all Parties to make a renewed effort to implement the actions recommended by the Ozone Research Managers, particularly those adopted at their seventh meeting, with a view to:

Noting the recommendations of the Ozone Research Managers at their seventh meeting, particularly with regard to the Trust Fund, in respect of which the Managers emphasize its importance in enabling capacity-building activities and the need for both monetary and specific in kind contributions that are directly targeted at ozone and ultraviolet radiationrelated activities,

During their ninth meeting (Geneva, 14 - 16 May 2014) the Ozone Research Managers drew up recommendations for the parties' consideration.
وأثناء الاجتماع التاسع (جنيف، 14 - 16 أيار/مايو 2014)، تقدم مديرو بحوث الأوزون بتوصيات للأطراف للنظر فيها.

In accordance with decision III/8 of the Conference of the Parties to the Vienna Convention for the Protection of the Ozone Layer, the ozone Research Managers of the Vienna Convention meet every three years, in the same years as the meetings of the Conference of the Parties.

In the recommendations, the ozone Research Managers also demarcated what were termed " overarching goals " as a backdrop that provides the policy relevance and context for all the recommendations.
59 - وفي التوصيات، رسم مديرو بحوث الأوزون أيضاً ما يسمّى " الأهداف الشاملة " بمثابة خلفية تعرض أهمية السياسة العامة والسياق لجميع التوصيات.
