Requests the Administrator to submit to the Executive Board at its first regular session 2008 information on: (a) country-by-country TRAC-2 allocations since 2005; (b) the methodology of TRAC-2 allocation; and (c) criteria for establishing specific fixed lines, for further consideration of these issues;

6. Requests the Administrator to present to the Executive Board at its annual session 1999 a plan of action to implement the key areas identified at the first regular session 1999, including its budgetary implications.

Also requests the Administrator to submit to the Executive Board a revised third global programme together with a work plan, in full consultation with Member States, at its annual session of the Executive Board in June 2005 taking into account the Multi-Year Funding Framework 2004-2007 (DP2003/32) and the provision of the TCPR (A/RES/59/250) on, inter alia, national ownership and leadership of the development process; and

With regard to the criteria for establishing fixed lines, it is important to highlight that decision 2007/33 also requests the Administrator to submit to the Executive Board, at its first regular session 2009, a report with proposals to realign cost classification activities funded from the programme financial framework and the biennial support budget in the context of the preparation of the biennial support budget, 2010-2011.

Also requests the Administrator to submit to the Executive Board a revised third global programme together with a work plan, in full consultation with Member States, at its annual session of the Executive Board in June 2005 taking into account the Multi-Year Funding Framework 2004-2007 (DP2003/32) and the provision of the TCPR (A/RES/59/250) on, inter alia, national ownership and leadership of the development process;

1. Requests the Administrator to present to the Executive Board for its consideration and approval at the first regular session 1998, an implementation strategy paper for each individual regional cooperation programme; the implementation strategy papers should incorporate the following elements:
