وقد أرسلت المفوضية السامية لحقوق الإنسان في 14 آذار/مارس 2001 مذكرة شفوية إلى جميع البعثات الدائمة تؤكد موعد ومكان انعقاد المؤتمر وتشير إلى أنه سيكون على مستوى الوزراء.

In addition, OHCHR had sent a note verbale to all permanent missions in which it had recommended that, when submitting reports to all human rights treaty bodies, States parties should adhere to the harmonized guidelines on reporting.

4. On 14 May 2007, the Secretary-General addressed a note verbale to all permanent missions, in which he requested, in view of his reporting responsibilities under the above-mentioned resolution, that Governments inform him of any steps they had taken, or envisaged taking, concerning the implementation of the relevant provisions of the resolution.
4 - وفي 14 أيار/مايو 2007، وجه الأمين العام مذكرة شفوية إلى جميع البعثات الدائمة طلب فيها، بالنظر إلى مسؤوليات تقديم التقارير المنوطة به بموجب القرار الآنف الذكر، أن تبلغه الحكومة بأي خطوات اتخذتها أو تعتزم اتخاذها بشأن تنفيذ أحكام القرار الآنف الذكر ذات الصلة.

On the same day, OHCHR, on behalf of the Secretary-General, addressed a note verbale to all permanent missions in Geneva to draw their attention to resolution 22/17 and to request the Governments of member States to provide information on any steps taken or envisaged to be taken concerning the implementation of the relevant provisions of the resolution.
4- وفي اليوم نفسه، وجهت المفوضية، باسم الأمين العام، مذكرة شفوية إلى جميع البعثات الدائمة في جنيف توجه فيها انتباهها إلى القرار 22/17، وتطلب فيها إلى حكومات الدول الأعضاء أن تقدم معلومات عن أي خطوات اتخذتها أو تعتزم اتخاذها فيما يتعلق بتنفيذ أحكام القرار ذات الصلة.

In September 2013, the Special Rapporteur sent out a note verbale to all permanent missions of United Nations member States represented in Geneva, informing them of the upcoming report and asking them, in order to ensure that their domestic laws are accurately represented, to provide him with copies of their national laws on the use of force.

4. On 8 July 2010, OHCHR, on behalf of the Secretary-General, sent a note verbale to all permanent missions to the United Nations and other international organizations in Geneva regarding General Assembly resolution 64/95, extending the deadline for the submission of contributions.
4 - وفي 8 تموز/يوليه 2010، وجهت المفوضية، باسم الأمين العام، مذكرة شفوية إلى جميع البعثات الدائمة لدى الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الدولية الأخرى في جنيف بشأن قرار الجمعية العامة 64/95 تتضمن تمديدا للموعد النهائي لتقديم مساهماتها في هذا الصدد.

8. On 19 June 2009, OHCHR, on behalf of the Secretary-General, sent a note verbale to all permanent missions regarding resolution 63/99, drawing attention to paragraph 6 of the resolution, which calls upon all Member States not to recognize any of the Israeli legislative and administrative measures and actions in the occupied Syrian Golan.
8 - وفي 19 حزيران/يونيه 2009، وجهت المفوضية، باسم الأمين العام، مذكرة شفوية إلى جميع البعثات الدائمة بخصوص القرار 63/99، تسترعي فيها الانتباه إلى الفقرة 6 من القرار، التي تهيب بجميع الدول الأعضاء ألا تعترف بأي من التدابير والإجراءات التشريعية والإدارية المتخذة في الجولان السوري المحتل.

3. Also on 3 August, OHCHR, on behalf of the Secretary-General, addressed a note verbale to all permanent missions drawing their attention to the same resolution and asking the Governments of Member States to provide information on any steps they had taken or envisaged taking concerning the implementation of the relevant provisions of Council resolution 13/5.
3- وفي 3 آب/أغسطس أيضاً، بعثت المفوضية، باسم الأمين العام، مذكرة شفوية إلى جميع البعثات الدائمة تلفت انتباهها فيها إلى القرار نفسه، وتطلب فيها من حكومات الدول الأعضاء أن تقدم معلومات عن أي خطوات اتخذتها أو تعتزم اتخاذها لتنفيذ أحكام قرار المجلس 13/5 ذات الصلة.

Some States noted with appreciation point (vi) of the points of agreement of the sixth inter-committee meeting, in which meeting participants requested the Secretariat to address a note verbale to all permanent missions in Geneva, recommending that the approved guidelines be used by States parties when submitting a report to the treaty bodies.
وقد لاحظ بعض الدول مع التقدير النقطة ' 6` من نقاط الاتفاق الصادر عن الاجتماع السادس المشترك بين اللجان التي طلب فيها المشاركون في الاجتماع إلى الأمانة العامة أن توّجه مذكرة شفوية إلى جميع البعثات الدائمة في جنيف توصي فيها بأن تستعمل الدول الأطراف المبادئ التوجيهية التي ووفق عليها لدى تقديمها للتقارير إلى الهيئات المنشأة بمعاهدات.

On 15 October 2009, OHCHR, on behalf of the Secretary-General, sent a note verbale to all permanent missions regarding the same resolution, drawing attention to paragraph 8 of the resolution, which calls upon all Member States not to recognize any of the legislative or administrative measures and actions taken by the Government of Israel in the occupied Syrian Golan.
