المادة 66- تقديم طلب بشأن مراجعة أو استئناف لدى هيئة مستقلة

In this regard, it also notes that the National Human Rights Action Plan expresses the State party's intention to revise or amend any laws incompatible with the Lawyers Law (art. 5 (d)).

The report assesses the use made by member States of the United Nations Guidelines and their validity, and identifies areas which require revision or expansion.
ويُقيّم التقرير مدى استخدام الدول الأعضاء لمبادئ الأمم المتحدة التوجيهية ومدى صلاحيتها، ويحدد المجالات التي تتطلب مراجعة أو توسيعاً.
