(c) Ensure that effective legal assistance is provided at all stages of the criminal justice process, at the pretrial stage and in any non-criminal judicial or extrajudicial procedure aimed at determining rights and obligations;

(a) Ensure the protection of child victims at all stages of the criminal justice process in accordance with article 8 of Optional Protocol and that the best interests of the child shall be a primary consideration.
(أ) ضمان حماية الأطفال الضحايا في جميع مراحل الإجراءات القضائية الجنائية وفقاً للمادة 8 من البروتوكول الاختياري، وإيلاء الاعتبار الأول للمصلحة الفضلى للطفل.

(a) Ensure that the current legislation covers child victims at all stages of the criminal justice process in accordance with article 8 of the Optional Protocol and that the best interests of the child shall be a primary consideration.
(أ) ضمان أن يشمل التشريع الحالي حالات الأطفال الضحايا في جميع مراحل الإجراءات القضائية الجنائية وفقاً للمادة 8 من البروتوكول الاختياري، وضمان إيلاء الاعتبار الأهم لمصالح الطفل الفضلى.

(c) In light of article 8 (1) of the Protocol, protect child victims and witnesses at all stages of the criminal justice process and be also guided in this respect by the United Nations Guidelines on Justice in Matters involving Child Victims and Witnesses of Crime (ECOSOC Resolution No. 2005/20).
(ج) العمل، في ضوء المادة 8(1) من البروتوكول، على حماية الضحايا والشهود الأطفال في جميع مراحل الإجراءات القضائية الجنائية والاسترشاد بهذا الخصوص بمبادئ الأمم المتحدة التوجيهية بشأن العدالة في الأمور المتعلقة بالأطفال ضحايا الجريمة والشهود عليها (قرار المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي رقم 2005/20).

(a) Take all necessary measures to ensure that child victims and witnesses of any of the crimes under the Optional Protocol are protected at all stages of the criminal justice process in accordance with article 8 of the Optional Protocol;
(أ) اتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة لضمان حماية الأطفال ضحايا أي جريمة من الجرائم المشمولة بالبروتوكول الاختياري والأطفال الشهود عليها في جميع مراحل الإجراءات القضائية الجنائية وفقاً للمادة 8 من البروتوكول الاختياري؛

(c) In the light of article 8 (1) of the Protocol, ensure the protection of child victims and witnesses at all stages of the criminal justice process. The State party should be guided in this respect by the Guidelines on Justice in Matters involving Child Victims and Witnesses of Crime (Economic and Social Council resolution 2005/20).
(ج) العمل، في ضوء، المادة 8(1) من البروتوكول، على حماية الأطفال الضحايا والشهود في جميع مراحل الإجراءات القضائية الجنائية وينبغي للدولة الطرف أن تسترشد في هذا الخصوص، بمبادئ الأمم المتحدة التوجيهية بشأن العدالة في الأمور المتعلقة بالأطفال ضحايا الجريمة والشهود عليها (قرار المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي 2005/20).
