Any person commits an offence within the meaning of this Convention if that person, unlawfully and intentionally:

A person importing any armament in contravention of the Act commits an offence and is liable on conviction to imprisonment for a period not exceeding 25 years.
ويكون الشخص الذي يخالف هذا القانون باستيراد أي أسلحة مرتكبا لجريمة ومعرضا عند إدانته للسجن لمدة لا تتجاوز 25 سنة.

Any person who contravenes commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to:
ويُعد أي شخص مخالف مرتكبا لجريمة ويعاقَب في حال الإدانة بما يلي:

1. Any person commits an offence within the meaning of this Convention if that person intentionally organizes or proceeds with the financing of a person or group of persons who, to his or her knowledge:
١ - يعتبر أي شخص مرتكبا لجريمة في مفهوم هذه الاتفاقية إذا قام ذلك الشخص عن عمد بتنظيم أو مواصلة تمويل شخص أو مجموعة من اﻷشخاص ممن يكون على علم بأنهم:

" 1. Any person commits an offence if he unlawfully and intentionally:

A person exporting any arms or ammunition in contravention of the Act commits an offence and will be liable on conviction to imprisonment for a period not exceeding 25 years.
كما يكون الشخص الذي يخالف هذا القانون بتصدير أي أسلحة أو ذخائر مرتكبا لجريمة ومعرضا عند إدانته للسجن لمدة لا تتجاوز 25 سنة.

Any person manufacturing ammunition in contravention of the Act commits an offence and will be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding R12 000 or to imprisonment for a period not exceeding 3 years or to both fine and imprisonment.
أما من يخالف هذا القانون بتصنيع الذخائر فيكون مرتكبا لجريمة ومعرضا عند إدانته لدفع غرامة لا تتجاوز قيمتها 000 12 رند أو السجن لمدة لا تتجاوز 3 سنوات أو للغرامة والسجن معا.

1. Any person commits an offence within the meaning of this Convention if that person:
١ - يعتبر أي شخص مرتكبا لجريمة ضمن مدلول هذه الاتفاقية إذا قام ذلك الشخص:

1 - يعتبر أي شخص مرتكبا لجريمة في مفهوم هذه الاتفاقية إذا أقدم هذا الشخص، بأي وسيلة، بصورة غير مشروعة وعن عمد، على أي فعل يقصد به التسبب في:

“1. Any person commits an offence within the meaning of this Convention if that person [unlawfully and intentionally] provides financing with the knowledge or intent that such financing will be used, in full or in part, to commit [or to prepare the commission of]:
" ١ - يعتبر أي شخص مرتكبا لجريمة في مفهوم هذه الاتفاقية إذا قام، ]بصورة غير مشروعة ومتعمدة،[ بتمويل وهو يعلم أن هذا التمويل سيُستخدم أو يمكن أن يستخدم، كليا أو جزئيا، في ]تحضير أو[ ارتكاب:

1. Any person commits an offence within the meaning of this Convention if that person unlawfully and intentionally proceeds with the financing of an organization with the knowledge or intent that such financing will be used by that organization, in full or in part, to commit or prepare the commission of:
١ - يعتبر أي شخص مرتكبا لجريمة في مفهوم هذه الاتفاقية إذا قام، بصورة غير مشروعة ومتعمدة، بتمويل منظمة علما منه أن تلك المنظمة ستستخدم ذلك التمويل، أو قصدا منه أن تستخدم تلك المنظمة ذلك التمويل، كليا أو جزئيا في ارتكاب أو في التحضير لارتكاب:

1. Any person commits an offence within the meaning of this Convention if that person provides funds by any means, lawful or unlawful, directly or indirectly, to any person or organization, either:
١ - يعتبر أي شخص مرتكبا لجريمة في مفهوم هذه الاتفاقية إذا قدم أموالا بأي وسيلة، مشروعة أو غير مشروعة، وبصورة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة، إلى أي شخص أو منظمة، إما:

1. Any person commits an offence within the meaning of this Convention if that person proceeds with the financing of a person or an organization in the knowledge or with the intention that such financing will be used, in full or in part, in order to commit:
١ - يعتبر أي شخص مرتكبا لجريمة في مفهوم هذه الاتفاقية إذا قام، بتمويل منظمة ما علما منه أن تلك المنظمة ستستخدم ذلك التمويل، أو قصدا منه أن تستخدم تلك المنظمة ذلك التمويل، كليا أو جزئيا، في ارتكاب:

“(d) who has in his possession or uses any medicine or plant referred to in paragraph (c) shall be guilty of an offence and liable on conviction:
" )د( أو يحتاز اﻷدوية أو النباتات المشار إليها في الفقرة )ج( أو يستهلكها، يكون مرتكبا لجريمة وعرضة ﻹدانة:

is guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment for up to five years.
يكون مرتكبا لجريمة يعاقب عليها بالسجن لمدة تصل إلى خمس سنوات.

Any person who intentionally procures, for his or her profit, repeatedly and in an organized manner, the illegal entry of persons into another State of which such persons are not nationals or permanent residents, commits the offence of " smuggling of illegal migrants " within the meaning of the present Convention (hereinafter called " the offence " ).
يُعتبر، ضمن مدلول هذه الاتفاقية، أي شخص يقوم عن عمد، ولغرض تحقيق الربح وعلى نحو متكرر ومنظم، بتدبير الدخول غير المشروع إلى دولة أخرى ﻷشخاص ليسوا من مواطنيها أو من المقيمين الدائمين بها، مرتكبا لجريمة " تهريب مهاجرين غير شرعيين " )تُسمى فيما يلي " الجريمة " (.

(7) Any person who threatens to perpetrate a crime set out in sub-section (1) or (2) commits a crime and shall be punishable by a sentence of imprisonment for two to eight years.
(7) أي شخص يهدد بارتكاب أي من الجرائم المنصوص عليها في المادتين الفرعيتين (1) و (2) يكون مرتكبا لجريمة ويُعاقب بالسجن لمدة تتراوح بين سنتين وثماني سنوات.

يكون مرتكبا لجريمة ويتعرض لعقوبة الغرامة التي لا تتجاوز ٠٠٠ ٥٢ روبية ولﻷشغال الشاقة لمدة لا تزيد عن ٠١ سنوات.

Anyone who possesses firearms without the appropriate licence commits a criminal offence.
فأي شخص يحوز أسلحة نارية دون الترخيص اللازم يعتبر مرتكبا لجريمة.
