Nevertheless, the Committee remains deeply concerned at allegations of violations of the rights of the child not to be subjected to torture or other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment since the last concluding observations and despite its previous recommendations (CRC/C/15/Add.181, para. 32), and at the persistent impunity of the perpetrators of such crimes.
