II. Incorporating the key provisions of the Convention into status-of-forces and status-of-mission agreements

At the suggestion of some members of the Ad Hoc Committee, article 8 of the Convention, regarding the duty to release or return United Nations and associated personnel captured or detained, was also included among the key provisions to be incorporated in future status-of-forces or status-of-mission agreements.

(c) Incorporating the key provisions of the 1994 Convention in the status-of-forces or status of mission agreements concluded between the United Nations and States in whose territories peacekeeping operations are deployed.
(ج) إدمـــــاج الأحكام الرئيسية لاتفاقية عام 1994 في اتفاقيات مركز القوات أو اتفاقات مركز البعثات التي تُبرم بين الأمم المتحدة والدول التي تجرى في أراضيها عمليات لحفظ السلام.
