1- دون مساس بالمادة 12 من الاتفاقية، يتعين على الدول الأطراف أن تعتمد، الى أقصى مدى ممكن ضمن اطار نظمها القانونية الداخلية، ما قد يلزم من تدابير للتمكين من مصادرة الأسلحة النارية وأجزائها ومكوناتها والذخيرة التي جرى صنعها أو الاتجار بها بصورة غير مشروعة.

1.
