8 - تبرز أهمية زيادة الاستثمارات في الهياكل الأساسية كوسيلة لتعزيز التنمية الزراعية وزيادة تنويع وتجارة السلع الأساسية، وتحث المجتمع الدولي على مساعدة البلدان النامية المعتمدة على السلع الأساسية والاستثمار في البحث والتطوير في مجال الإنتاجية الزراعية ودعمهما؛
