33- وتطلب اللجنة إلى الدولة الطرف نشر هذه الملاحظات الختامية على نطاق واسع وعلى مستويات المجتمع كافة ولا سيما في صفوف المسؤولين الحكوميين والسلطات القضائية، وإبلاغ اللجنة في تقريرها الدوري المقبل بجميع الخطوات المتخذة لتنفيذها.

The Committee requests the State party to disseminate these concluding observations widely at all levels of society, and particularly among public officials, judicial authorities and civil society organizations, and to inform the Committee in its next periodic report of the steps taken to implement them.
36- تطلب اللجنة إلى الدولة الطرف نشر هذه الملاحظات الختامية على نطاق واسع وعلى مستويات المجتمع كافة ولا سيما في صفوف المسؤولين في القطاع العام والسلطات القضائية ومنظمات المجتمع المدني، وإبلاغ اللجنة في تقريرها الدوري المقبل بالخطوات المتخذة لتنفيذها.

In the same resolution, the Assembly defined a culture of peace as consisting of a set of, inter alia, values, attitudes and behaviours based on adherence to such principles as freedom, justice, democracy, tolerance and solidarity at all levels of society and among nations, enabling people at all levels to develop skills of dialogue and negotiation and ensuring their full participation in the development process. "

15. Capacity-building was highlighted several times as a prerequisite for successful implementation of adaptation and mitigation measures for improving livelihoods. This includes not only the development of an adequate legal and political framework and an institutional strengthening with local community participation, but also human resources development and awareness building and education at all levels of society.
15- وسُلَّط الضوء عدة مرات على أهمية بناء القدرات بوصفها شرطاً أساسياً لنجاح تنفيذ تدابير التكييف والتخفيف من أجل تحسين أسباب المعيشة، وهو أمر لا ينطوي على وضع إطار قانوني وسياسي مناسب وتعزيز الجوانب المؤسسية بمشاركة المجتمعات المحلية فحسب، بل يشمل أيضاً تنمية الموارد البشرية وبناء الوعي والتثقيف على مستويات المجتمع كافة.
